Overall 'cool' and nice clothes
Sadly the quality turns out bad in relation to the price. From a corduroy shirt that got ripped after 2 years (with delicate use), to a 500 euro ''garanteed to keep you dry'' goretex jacket which end up leaking and peeling off due to design and manufacturing issues after 4 years which is not covered by their warranty ( 2 years only) . waste of money and sadly poor lifecycle considerarion as it turns out a fast fashion brand as well.
they will respond with the same automatic response, that they are based on each case photos etc. although communication is very limited and dry

ich möchte meine sehr gute Erfahrung mit dem NN07-Customer Support mit euch teilen. Versehentlich hatte ich zum Ende des Sales eine falsche Größe bei einem der Artikel in meiner Bestellung gewählt. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Customer Support wurde die Bestellung kurzfristig storniert. Als ich am nächsten Tag erneut bestellen wollte war der Sale bereits beendet und die Produkte zum Teil nicht mehr online. Long Story Short: Fie aus dem Customer Support war freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert & hat mir geholfen doch noch an meine Wunschartikel zu kommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Support!😊👍🏼

I bought a terrific pair of trousers. Amazing material and great fitting, exactly what I was looking for.

I was insecure about the right size and the NN.07 team (thanks, Fie!) was great in navigating me in the return policy.

Fik super god hjælp i kundeservice af Fie. Lynhurtig og kompetent hjælp samt hurtig levering. Det er ligesom tøjet fra NN07 virkelig højt niveau.

Jeg havde bestilt den eftertragtede Gael-jakke, som er blevet gjort berømt i kraft af dens optræden i serien 'The Bear'. Kort derefter fik jeg en besked om, at jeg ikke kunne få jakken - det var en fejl, at jeg overhovedet kunne bestille den, da den ar udsolgt. Det var selvfølgelig ærgerligt. Til gengæld lovede NN07's kundeservice at lægge en jakke til side til mig i tilfælde af, at nogle kom retur. Et løfte, de holdt og fulgte op på i meget serviceorienteret og professionel stil. Dejligt at opleve, når et brand på den måde gør en personlig indsats for deres kunder.

Jeg har været kunde siden nn07 startede. En meget stor del af min garderobe er nn07. Dog er kvaliteten styrtdykket de sidste år. Tøjet går op i syningerne. Det ser slidt ud efter få vaske etc.
Imens er prisen steget. Det hænger ikke sammeb! Det er ærgerligt, for design og brand er jo suverænt!

Super low quality, instead go to Zara or H&M... On the photo's and pricing it looks high end but it is everything but that.

They produce new collections at rapid speeds at cheap production quality.

Their customer service just forward me to a tailer to fix their bad produced shirt...

Fantastic exepierence with customer service, in particular with Fie, which was very very kind. After two unsuccessful purchase attemps do to technical issues, I was very disappointed but after that they called me privately and helped me complete my order

I had placed an order for a jacket in December. Unfortunately the order didn’t go through due to a stocking issue. Because of this the issue customer service reached out for me to pick a day and time to have a chance and purchase the jacket. Fie made sure everything went through smoothly!

Fantastic experience with customer service at NN07! After a bit of a mistake when the item I had ordered wasn’t in stock, the team were very apologetic and sorted everything out in a professional and communicative manner. The item in question was of particularly high demand and sold out very quickly, im not surprised it caused issues. Fie was fantastic and made sure that I ended up with my item in the end with minimal fuss. 10/10!

Ordered the GAEL jacket in December when it was restocked. Unfortunately it was too small, when returning I asked to be put on a waiting list. Was promptly contact in January if I was still interested and managed to buy the other size! Awesome customer service, Thanks Fie!

The customer service I received was excellent. Prompt delivery. Easy return from the UK of an item with zero hassle. And I was personally alerted when out of stock item became available and Fie in customer service was excellent in alerting me and getting the order done.

I ordered a GAEL jacket - the brown version, rarely available - but sadly it was too small. I returned it and asked to be notified of the availability of the next size up. Fie at customer services very kindly let me know when one became available, and helped to me buy it the moment it went back on line. Many thanks to Fie for all her help!
