Never follow thru on refunds
Ordered a garment and then returned it. Refund still has not arrived. Website states refund-to-card window is 5- 7 days. It's been two weeks since they confirmed it was returned and in their hands. Won't respond to emails. Appears their customer service agents are trained to ignore refund issues.

Sizing info
I'm very glad they added the sizing info in the description (one size up from the "normal"), so that I could order the right fit for me right away. Saves tons of time with returns, new order, etc.

Deres Chinos er dårlig kvalitet
Har købt rigtig meget tøj fra NN.07 igennem tiden og er meget glad for mærket. Bestilling og levering mv. fungerer rigtig fint.
Men deres chinos revner det samme sted ved baglommerne hver gang og efter meget kort tid - Kvalitet og pris hænger simpelthen ikke sammen, så dem kan jeg ikke anbefale at købe, desværre !

Dårlig kvalitet og dårlig kundeservice
Dårlig kvalitet og dårlig kundeservice
Som så mange andre herinde, så havde jeg købt et par af deres bukser.
Bukserne nåede jeg at have i 1 måned. 1. Måned.
Bukserne gik op bagpå og der var eg stort hul i dem. Ligeledes gik sygningerne op ved anklerne så de også gik i stykker der. De mistede endda også lynhurtigt deres farve.
Jeg betalte 1.400kr for dem.
Da jeg henvendte mig til kunde-service vurderede de at fejlene på bukserne altså ikke skyldes dårlig kvalitet men derimod “kraftigt brug af bukserne”.
Som sagt: jeg havde dem i 1 måned.
Jeg fraråder alle på det kraftigste at handle hos dem, da de aldrig står indenfor deres dårlige kvalitet som de tager alt for mange penge for.
Ligesom så mange andre, må jeg desværre give dem 1 stjerne, da jeg får at vide at det er min egen skyld at deres bukserne går i stykker og bliver misfarvet efter at have brugt dem 8-10 gange i løbet af en måned.

Customer service is unsympathetic – production errors and I have to go to all this trouble?!
Ordered from the online shop, fast shipping. The shorts looked good at first glance. However, the seam ripped during the first wash. Customer service was completely unreasonable. They told me to find a tailor to repair it and send the bill to NN.07 (because that's more environmentally friendly... jajaja!). Exchanges only via a form with return shipping... wait and then get a replacement. This is in the middle of the holiday season, and I'm going on vacation soon.
It's not my fault. I had to prove it and argue back and forth. I expected an express replacement. But customer service prefers to stick to the standard process. That's not my style!

Nice clothing, but poor quality in relation to price
I've actually been a fan of NN07 for years, and have bought 5 hoodies and 3 pairs of sweaters from them. The clothing looks very nice in general, but the quality is extremely poor. All of my hoodies have tears in them, especially around the seams in the front pocket and where the laces are threaded through. The sweaters tore around the back of my shoulders. In general the tears show up within a year of normal use. They have not been subjected to hard use, its just normal everyday use, maximum once a week for each item. Considering the average price of 100-150 dollars the quality is absolutely abysmal. I do not recommend this brand at all, spend your money elsewhere. The quality of a 120 dollar hoodie is worse than a 40 dollar one from H&M.
I've got retired hoodies 10 years old that I only use for outdoor activities. Sure the color has faded, they look a bit dingy, but they have minimal damage from wear and tear.

Super besviken på kundservicen I…
Super besviken på kundservicen I Stockholm- NK butiken!!
Köpte en skjorta till min make i GBG varpå han bestämde att han ville byta till en annan. Men när han kom till Stockholms butiken så var dom jätte otrevliga och vägrade godkänna byte då skjortan köpts i annan butik.
Kassörskan ringde chefen som tvär-vägrade att godkänna bytet - även fast att skjortan min make ville ha istället var dyrare. Min make erbjöd till och med att byta till en skjorta som var 300:- billigare och att dom kunde behålla mellanskillnaden. Men fortfarande vägrade dom gå med på bytet.
Så otroligt besviken, speciellt som att jag la 1600:- på denna skjorta. Väldigt dyra produkter som numer inte alls känns prisvärda när de inte kan ha bättre kundservice.
Kommer aldrig mer handla i denna butik eller rekommendera någon annan att göra det heller!!
Hur kan man ens få lov att vara butikschef för en klädbutik om man uppenbarligen inte har varken kunderna eller butikens försäljning och rykte i fokus.
Denna människa borde verkligen byta jobb!
OBS! Detta gäller enkom NN.07 butiken på NK i Stockholm! Butiken i Täby och GBG är super trevliga och proffsiga.

VARNING för Sveriges sämsta kundservice
VARNING för extremt bristfällig och oprofessionell kundservice.
Önskade byta en skjorta till en annan modell i ljusare färg. Kassörskan försökte hjälpa till men då skjortan inte var köpt i samma butik så vägrade hennes chef hjälpa till. Chefen satt i "möte" och var irriterad då han blev störd.
Vad är viktigare än nöjda kunder? Jo tydligen är det viktigare att sitta i möte än att hjälpa sina kunder få en bra upplevelse och service. Att inte ens få byta en skjorta till en annan färg är så löjligt låg kundservice.
De hänvisade mig till att åka tillbaka till GBG när jag stod i deras butik i STHLM!

Scam company, do not order - £640 stolen
Returned two items costing £640, items were delivered back to them two weeks ago using the provided DHL label. The items have clearly been delivered as per the DHL tracking. I have provided evidence the item has been signed for with a copy of the signature from DHL and they are denying they have received it. I have emailed DHL and they have confirmed the item was delivered 2 weeks ago and the delivery job is complete.
NN07 are saying the item is in customs even though the DHL tracking shows it cleared customs over two weeks ago.
Will be complaining to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority. Avoid this company is you value your money.
