Reading all the reviews , I had exactly the same experience...Ordered BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITOR, recieved a BLOOD PRESURE MONITOR
They will NOT refund, website still showing item available, when its clearly not,reported to cyber crime and contacted bank.

Received this item and it is nothing to what it said in the advert. No instructions, no helpful information. Cant see that you can do anything with it. DONT BUY this item if youre considering it.

Totally agree with all of the threads regarding this non existing company. I ordered a Glucobrace to monitor my Type 2 Diabetes. The item arrived, but the description is nothing like what the bracelet does! After numerous emails I was told that I could keep the item as it would cost too much to return back to China. I was then offered a 30% refund for the item on 22/8 and to allow 5/10 days for the money to arrive back into my bank. Well, well, well I am still waiting. This company offers a 'HASSLE FREE' returns policy, however, it has been hassle trying to get my money back from the start!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY USE DIFFERENT TRADING NAMES

This company should be banned from trading and taken off the internet.

Have not received my order for suger diabetes bracelet, it's been weeks now and no replay when I contacted them in fact they dismissed my e-mail
Dont buy from them they are scamming people left right and centre. Disgusting company.

Sent the wrong item and wanted me to pay postage back to China. They agreed it was their fault but wouldn't pay for the return. They just agreed to give me a credit for 50% and I could keep the rubbish they sent me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I have purchased 3 so called Blood glucose machine and received 3 oximeter.
Won’t refund me my money, one response was oh the glucose one discontinued so we sent you the oximeter.
They also advertise under different names but comes from the same factory.
Please don’t use them you will waste your money I wish they could be taken off the internet and stop scamming people.

I ordered a glucoplus monitor and got a pulse monitor.it had something missing out of the battery compartment so.it won't turn on.I asked for my money back or to send me what I originally ordered.i was told it.was out of stock and to pick something.else of the same.value.i didn't.want anything else so.i.asked for my money.back I was told I.could have.20%back I said I wanted it all back.this place is based in China not United Kingdom as stated am still.waiting for my money back.

I waited 13 days for a glucose monitor to arrive - I received a Pulse Oximeter instead - not fit for my purpose!!
Contacted Nivaroe who offered me a 20% discount - refused!!
Then offered me a 30% discount- then a 50% - refused!!
Company returns policy doesn’t exist - returns only to China !!
I could have bought something on Temu if I wanted something cheap and plastic!!
Waste of time and money- absolutely nothing like the description given at the time of purchase!!

I placed an order for TanShine capsules, I kept an eye on tracking and it did not move for days. I sent emails and the responses I continually received were from a bot! All my emails were obviously not read by a human being as they did not answer anything within my emails to them. I then opened a dispute with PayPal and once I did that, my parcel actually started to move. I did state to PayPal that I still was not confident that even if I received a parcel from them, it would not be what I ordered. It took several days before Evri stated they had my parcel and I had it redirected to a ParcelShop as I would not be home to receive it and I did not want this scam of a company to say they had delivered it when it had not been. Anyway, on Evri tracking it stated that they were going to deliver to my ParcelShop soon, it sat like that for 4 days! and delivery never did happen as Nivorae had requested the parcel to be returned to them! I know they did this because I kept the dispute with PayPal open until I received it and checked it was the correct item - obviously they knew they had not sent the correct item and that I would put in a claim. PayPal ruled in my favour and issued a full refund (including shipping charges). I would urge anyone that has paid by PayPal, please open a dispute and don't let these scammers get away with stealing your money.

I ordered 2 blood glucose monitors that were advertised on their web site what I got 2as oxymeters not what I wanted . Contacted them and sent pictures to show it was the wrong item and all I got was pick something else off our website . They won’t refund money even though after waiting near a month for them to arrive and contacting them the same day to say they were wrong items , they won’t refund my money . Stay well away from this company they are shite

took 3 weeks for order to arrive and the item ordered was not what arrived. they dont answer emails and the tracking is abhorent.

I ordered a glucose monitor ,instead they sent me an oximeter , they are refusing to give me a refund ,they are a bunch of thieves ,beware ! Do not buy anything from this company ,very dubious company ,look at all the other poor reviews , customers received something they didn’t order ,then refused refund

I weird ages for the product and it was not the blood glucose meter I ordered but a very fl8msy plastic oximeter completely useless for my needs very annoyed as my doctor was interested in how effective it might prove to be Shocking company deserves minus 5

They took my money and I got nothing in return. Steer well clear. They are a scam company.

I only gave 1 star because it was impossible to give negative stars….what a shoddy bunch these are…my order when it eventually arrived was not what I ordered…they refused a refund, only offered 20% of what I’d paid….plus I would have to pay postage to return the crap they’d sent me….avoid these scammers at all costs….

we ordered and paid for a glucose meter and received an oximeter. they then told us they had no glucose meters, and tried to get us to take something else. When asked to provide a full refund, they told us we had to return the item to CHINA AT OUR COST, or receive a 20% refund!!

I don’t want to give them 1 star! What a thieving bunch of con artists, l just wish I’d read some of the reviews first. It looks like this is their way of ripping people off…they send the wrong item than get you to pay to send it back 🤬 I’ve had 3 emails saying they’d give me a refund - 1 offering 10%, 2 20% and the 3rd one 50% PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THESE CON ARTISTS AND THIS MADE UP COMPANY

I gave a 1star although in my opinion they don't deserve even that. I ordered a glucose reader ..wrong item received after contacting them was told to pick other item as they were out of stock for original order I picked different item and guess what out of stock despite still being advertised no mention of refund correspondence terrible..will never use them again !!!
