DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a glucose monitor and they sent an oxymeter. Despite many emails backwards and forwards they have eventually told me I can choose something from their website of the same value. But guess what, you can’t get onto their website. Absolute SCAM

Yep I’ve been done the same as everyone else. I ordered 2 items and received something entirely different. One of my emails went through and they asked me to send a pic of what I received. Haven’t heard anything back so I tried to re send the email. That got thrown out.
Avoid these thieving scumbags.

Ordered a glucose meter' Got sent an oxygen meter. Same as all the others. Communication is nearly impossible. What a rip off

I placed an order on 15th September, despite numerous emails requesting status of my order and replies informing that my order is on the way I have not received my order, this company should be avoided, they take your money and do not deliver the product, they are completely untrustworthy, my order reference is NIV21638, be warned they do not fulfil paid orders and due to my experience they should be avoided

Sent for glucometer and they've sent an oximeter!!!!!can't give a zero star!!! Scam!!!! UPDATE..they've replied to my email and apologized and offered a replacement. I've declined and asked for a refund...see how it goes...

Have had same experience as everyone that has left reviews this company deserves to be shut down am looking into reporting to authorities it shame can't give them minus stars that what they deserve

I could easily repeat ALL of the previous experiences as my own. Yes I got TWO Oximeter's when I had ordered GLUCOSE Meter. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I find that their website has now been blocked as well.

Do not order from this site, scammers!! Complaints are handled by AI bot masquerading as "Daniel". I ordered a Breathaze herbal lung clense. They marked my order as 'delivered through letter box' which was a red flag as I don't have a letterbox.

When I emailed to ask for a replacement or refund, I was emailed back within seconds by "Daniel" with a response that seemed very well considered and reflected the details of my complaint. Too quick to have been handled by a real complaints department so clearly an AI bot.

It refused to replace or refund but offered me a 15% voucher on my next purchase. Why on earth would anyone throw more money into this clearly fraudulent company a second time. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Unbelievably poor company. Untrustworthy, misleading at best but fraudulent definitely. Ordered a GlucoPulse non invasive glucose meter from their Instagram ad, but they sent a tacky poor quality Pulse Oximeter. I’ve asked my bank to deal with the “fraud” as I paid £23.90 for a useless item. They seem to “employ” or deploy an AI Bot to answer queries. Here are some responses:

Ordered a GlucoPulse Glucometer but received a Pulse Oximeter.
SP Nivorae refuse to admit they’re at fault, and sent the following email:

Fortunately my bank has immediately refunded the monies as it seems Nivorae have built something of a poor reputation.

Ordered 2x Glucometers and got sent 2x Oximeters. Despite a number of emails to/from Daniel he would not accept incorrect supply - claimed their paperwork showed that I had been supplied correctly. Now contacting Trading Standards.

Absolute rip off don’t buy from these people it’s a scam they send you wrong items and then ignore you they should be shut down

If I could NOT give a star, I would. As with lots of people, I ordered 2xGlucose monitors. Was sent Pulse/Oxegen monitors, took at least 3 weeks. My husband is 80, just diagnosed as diabetic, and this would have been just what he was looking for. As it is, we are out of pocket, fobbed of with “ you have what you ordered”. Will contact my credit can and get my money back.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don’t buy from this company! It is sending goods with a statement of 100% Guaranteed Refund if not satisfied with the goods on its website, stating to get in touch on where to send them. When you get in touch, they say they don’t do refunds. When asking about the 100% Guarantee there is no response.

My goods arrived which was too big I have sent dozens of messages asking where I return with various replies, been delivered, right size was sent, there was no choice of size. It is a bot that is replying. Useless

I order 2 Gluco monitors and got 2 O2 monitors on emailing company they said they were the correct monitors bur om obsolete packaging. My credit card has refunded me, but I have noticed this week they have paid them again. I will be disputing this again as goods were faulty and a fire risk. The only way the company would refund was for me to send back at my own cost although I was sent the wrong goods. Please stay away very doggy

They are fraudulent and scamming people. I wouldn't let anyone purchase anything from them.
Very disappointing

On 13th August 2025 I ordered and paid for two Glucometers, paid £23.90 for each. They sent two oximeters. Company refuse to admit they are in the wrong, despite numerous emails showing order numbers, monies taken from bank account etc. We are now in October and matter still not resolved. Wish I had read reviews before placing order AVOID at all costs

Unfortunately I have to be added to the long list of disgruntled purchasers of a blood glucose tester, ,there is no doubt it is a scam but seem powerless to stop it happening,very good advert sucks you right in but once you have paid kiss it goodbye.

Bad company. Do not buy from them. I paid 39.00 for some blood oxygen monitor. They’re advertising it as a blood sugar monitor. I repeat do not buy.

If I could rate them as -100 I would ! Tan shine capsules complete rubbish! Do not waste your money! Trading standards contacted. Completes scam
