Absolute horrible company to deal with! Order was placed, after 3 weeks I enquired where it was and why it hadn’t been delivered!
They told me it was delivered 2 days earlier but I hadn’t received anything!
Refused to chase up anything, told me it was delivered and that was it. If I wanted more information to chase up with my local USPS office. I’m in Australia and we don’t have that. Still haven’t received anything and they won’t help. Useless to deal with!

I ordered the mood sticks bundle which contained a free second pack of 30 mood sticks (so 60 sachets in total) and apparently a metal straw and mystery gift. What arrived was one pack of 30x sachets in a zip locked bag, not correct packaging - plus a random looking straw and cheap, plastic drink bottle that looked like it was for bubble blowing liquid from the dollar store. Order was $72.00 so not cheap. I contacted them and asked if they could help with fulfilling the order and for the past 2 weeks have received the same BS, cut n’ pasted email response that says ‘we’re waiting to hear from our courier regarding your issue, thank you for your patience’. After doing some research I’ve found about 6 variations on this product, all with similar packaging, star graphic and colourways. I think most of them are cheater brands and likely dodgy, including this one. Joy spring perhaps is legit as they are available on herb but TryNivora, Boostiva etc… buyer beware.. especially since you’re buying this for children, who knows what’s in it.

Nivora. This company is a scam. They have copied almost identically the website of Joyspring vitamins who are based in the USA. However, Nivora dropships their supplements from China. They have a 30 day refund policy, which they are not honoring, and refuse to cancel the subscription.
