I have been asking for a refund for the deep cleansing foot pads I purchased and they have not responded to any of my emails.
They are selling poor quality products and they don't even seem to have customer service or they are overwhelmed with customers complaints or poor customer service.
They made it clear if you are not satisfied with the product send it for a refund.
I hope they will refund me to my original account

This company is fraudulent, they advertise a blood glucose devise but send out an oximeter which does NOT measure blood glucose, then refuse to refund but insist you got what you ordered. If you are affected by this scam get in touch weith your local Trading Standard's Office or the bank you paid he money from. There are several adverts on facebook for this item, it is a scam, don't let them get away with it. Also check out their address.

This company is selling products from Temu at nearly 6x the price , if there was a way to upload pictures of what I bought , to what I received I have the proof, cost me £19.99 for two lip essentials they sent me hoygi lip cream which costs £2.99 so this company is unscrupulous and a scam , I wish I had looked on trust pilot first!

Ordered 2 x Bloodsave units which according to the advert measured blood sugars, when they arrived they had despatched 2 x Oximeters. I contacted Nivorae re the problem and they stated that I had received what I ordered although they admitted they could of been old stock but they still had the latest up to date technology. After many emails they refused to issue a refund and offered me a 15% discount off my next order. (Big Deal)

Chose this company as they had a uk address and had researched the product and felt it met my needs. However, delivery took over a month with no notifications and having arrived today it isn’t what I ordered. The bottle of capsules has a German label and the box is all in German too. Nothing like the liver support capsules advert - just a bottle of B12 vitamins with zinc.

Brought 3x blood sugar tester machines, they sent out 3x Oximeter machines. Have messaged them stating they sent wrong ones out they said no correct sent pictures of items paid for so asked to return for refund as not correct item told No and now no further emails being replied to. Scammers do not buy off this person will be reporting to Amazon

ordered a blood sugar monitor and they sent me an oximeter which does not do what the advert says it does. After 20 emails and several abortive videos that do not exist I still can not return it. I am having to try via Barclaycard to recoup the money as they seem unable to accept returns. I have also been InTouch with shopify and they seem to be no help Please steer clear of them its a complete scam

Total con from a very unprofessional company who would not honour their supposedly 60 day no hassle money back guarantee.
Ordered a blood glucose monitor in good faith against a totally false description and specification.
They sent a cheap and flimsy Oximeter and refused to accept a return.
Opened a case with PayPal and received a full refund within seconds.
STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I wish l had read the reviews of this company first. I saw an advert for a diabetic blood monitor ( l still have the screen shot of it.) So l ordered two. Waited with excitement for them to arrive. When they did l found them to be blood heart rate monitors ,that is all. No good to me at all.So l contacted this company and was basically told hard luck
There blurb is that if you are not satisfied 100% they will reimburse the customer. I told them this to NO avail. Except l can get 15% off later goods. No chance l will ever deal with people again . Going to complain to the trading goods standards. Awful company and employees. I just wish l could give minuss stars .l have just seen all the disgruntled people ordering blood glucose monsters like me and sent something completely different...nice scam going with impunity it seems .

I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star ! I ordered a bracelet which is supposed to help with your glucose if you are diabetic, have not received it they have said they have no record of my order dispite me sending a screenshot of the confirmation email I had from them , refusing to give me a refund ! I have now had to start a dispute through my bank . Total scam this company!

I ordered 2blood sugar monitors and they sent me 2 pulse monitors, lm unable to get my monitors or money back, as l need to pay at my expense to return them back to china

Absolutely shocking, placed order on the 2nd of September with no delivery date in sight. They keep sending me a tracking link but all I know it’s at the original airport and I have no idea where that is. Have emailed customer services and have had nothing but robot responses from a robot. Have asked for a refund but the robot told me I can’t have one as it’s in transit.

Ordered blood sugar monitor and got Pulse Oximeter which arrived poorly wrapped and box squashed. For £23.90 absolute rubbish. Took ages to receive the goods.

Ordered two glucose monitors and received two oxygen monitors. The guy Daniel cannot issue refunds. The whole outfit is a scam. Do not buy from them.

Ordered Tanshine capsules in the ad which said the capsules are to be swallowed. I received the capsules and the instructions state "cut open the capsule and rub into your face" well we learn a lesson check Trust Pilot if you are going to purchase anything from the web

What a load of rubbish it was too good to be true so we have all been conned.
The Dragons recommended this product by giving support.
so perhaps they need to protect their reputation and sort them out.
Total scam.
Write it off and move on.

Please don't order from this company...the item they sent me was faulty and they refused to recognise or acknowledge it. told me I would have to pay for it to be returned which wouldn't be worth it because of the cost.

Do NOT BUY from this company I purchased Tanning pills TANSHINE £24.99 They never arr6after 3 weeks, so they offered to send them out to me again & they would pay half the postage? It was FREE DELIVERY? So I agreed i ended up paying £6.80 they never paid half it.That was 3 weeks ago & yet again nothing arrived they do not answer any emails So guess im out £30 now I AM FUMING, I WONDER IF IT'S A REAL COMPANY?
