I have been using Nightingale Delivery service for about 8 months I have had an excellent service from phoning for my order to receiving it within a few days.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The items I receive always fufill what they are needed for very well.

Whilst Nightingale offer a first class service, once again their delivery company didn't make any effort to see if I was in. Instead he/she just left the package outside the door.

I received the order, including the prescription from the Doctor, in just under 24 hrs.

Being totally new to requiring medical equipment for my husband’s needs..initial supplies were supplied by district nurse, but I realized I was running out!
I telephoned Nightingale in a bit of a panic. The team member I spoke to was so very helpful and knowledgeable. Within 30 minutes my prescription request was sent to my GP. A couple of days later and the supplies were delivered to my door. Incredible service, thank you so much Nightingale! I would highly recommend your company.

NIGHTINGALE give you plenty of notice about when the delivery is coming, so you can make sure you’re at home when it comes. The items are very well packaged, so nothing gets damaged in transit. Instructions are available for anyone who is not sure how to use an item that they’ve ordered, perhaps for the first time.
It’s easy to place an order. You just ring their number, and a very friendly and helpful person talks to you. Make sure you’ve got the correct code, if needed, when ordering certain items. that way you always get exactly what you need, when you need it. The delivery drivers are very polite and professional. They’ll take a photo of the parcel to confirm its safe arrival. Everything I’ve ordered from NIGHTINGALE over the last few years, has arrived safely, usually a week after I’ve placed the order.
