Nightingale answer the phone quicky, know their product range, are extremely helpful and you are kept up to date with your order progress, ie prescription received from GP, goods despatched and then updates from courier.
When you unexpectedly find yourself needing to get medical supplies this is extremely reassuring.

Oddly, after a very painful acute urinary retention, no one told me about Nightingale. I went home from A&E with a catheter in and a bag of leg bags and night bags. Enough for a week! But the bag containing them had Nightingale contact details on it. On day three I called Nightingale. Brilliant! Kye, one of their excellent staff, briefed me on the routine for ordering all I needed to cope with a catheter, the need for a prescription from my GPs, which Nightingale organises,to try to order about 14 days in advance of running out and the speed of delivery. Fantastic and boosted my confidence no end. Nightingale is brilliant at what it does.

This company is genuinely caring and friendly and sensitive to my wellbeing to which makes me reassured and valued.. it's a shame that a lot of companies in this country don't have the same attitude to customer and patient needs..!

Hardly a delay in answering, and always a friendly, but, professional approach! When due delay's in receiving a prescription for instance, they go into emergency mode to help get required items required to you. asap! The items required are always double checked, and any possibles, including 'wipes' etc that may of have slipped the memory! Top marks at all times!
