My delivery was left outside a neighbours back door the delivery driver did not txt me or even enter the block of 40 flats ABSOLOUTELY DISGUSTING SACK THIS DRIVER YOU CANNOT LEAVE MEDICAL SUPPLIES ON SOMEBODYS BACK DOORSTEP

Terrible service. Delivery takes weeks, never any updates and I have to spend ages on the phone to chase orders. Really poor service.

A very nice lady rang me up from Nightingale to check if I was coping with my Catheter. She also ordered some more night bags for me, including contacting my surgery, and these were delivered quickly at the specified time.
