With nothing put in place when my husband was discharged from hospital. Being passed from one place to another I eventually got through to Nightingale. What a difference! I can't thank them enough the lovely lady who took my call sorted things for me and arranged delivery in three days. I can't praise them enough

The staff in Nightingale are very efficient and helpful. They notify us from email and text message when the prescription from the clinic is ready and the parcel is being sent to the courier.

It is always a pleasure to deal with Nightingale.The phone is answered quickly and the call handlers are always extremely pleasant and efficient. I understand that that there are about 50 customer care call handlers and one might expect that standards might vary amongst such a large group.they probably do but I have been totally satisfied each time I have called the company. They are either very well trained or just very nice people ( or both) The delivery process is superb with thorough communication by email and text from both Nightingale and their courier.

Nightingale services are always helpful, caring and efficient in ensuring that my father's supplies are received. The staff strive to liaise with his G.P and myself if any confusion arises, and a quick resolution is always found. Thank you!

Nightingale provide an excellent service right from the friendly and understanding staff when I order to the prompt and reliable delivery. I am never anxious that I will run out of supplies as I know I can depend on them.
