Thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry that your delivery experience was frustrating. As you know, we stayed in close contact throughout and issued a full refund as soon as it was clear the parcel could not be located. Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy on the courier's side which was beyond our control, but we did everything we could to make things right from our end. We completely understand the disappointment and appreciate you giving us a try.
