Thank you for your feedback, I’m sorry to hear the size wasn’t what you expected. Our Hydrangea earrings have always been the same dimensions. Leonora sometimes wears our Lemon Drop style, which is a touch larger, so I wonder if there’s been a mix-up between the two?
If you’re not completely happy, you’re very welcome to return them for a refund, provided they’re unworn and in their original packaging. Please get in touch with our team and we’ll share the return details and help however we can.

You did great! Communication was excellent post sales and the products are so pretty. I have both the earrings and necklace on now. I plan on taking exquisite care of them and I hope they will last for many years.

Returns from EU countries are horrible
I was looking forward to the earrings but the were much to big when they arrived. When they were sent to me I had to pay 100€ additional customs and then when I wanted to return them, I would have to pay 15€ for shipping, probably another amount for customs to the UK and then Nice Cream London would also keep 50-100€ of my refund as processing fee. I feel scammed, honestly…

To correct the information you've shared - we do not deduct a €50 to €100 processing fee from refunds, nor are there customs charges on returns to us. The only cost typically not refunded is the original shipping fee, but as your order qualified for free shipping, this wouldn’t have applied to you either.
We take transparency and fairness seriously, and it's disappointing to see such misinformation posted publicly. We’re very sorry to hear you’re still unhappy. As we’ve discussed with you directly, your order was shipped with Royal Mail International Tracked and shows as successfully delivered and collected. The parcel weight at dispatch matched the earrings and packaging exactly, confirming the item was inside when it left our studio.
We also reviewed the photo you sent, which shows damage to the box. However, there was no indication from the postal system that the parcel had been tampered with, nor was it repackaged or flagged as damaged, something that would occur if items were lost or removed during transit.
We’ve invited you to raise a formal enquiry with your local postal service, and we remain happy to cooperate fully with any investigation on their side.
We completely understand how upsetting this must be and we’re truly sorry for the frustration, but we do need to work with verified evidence when processing claims.
