Dit bedrijf is echt een scam. Ik heb twee sets oorbellen met armband besteld en alles teruggestuurd, want ik vond het er niet mooi uit zien.
Dit bedrijf beweert dat ik de oorbellen heb gedragen, terwijl ik ze niet heb gedragen en netjes terug heb gestuurd.
Ze hebben het over residu op de oorbel, waarvan ik het niet kan zien. En ik niet kan aantonen dat het dezelfde oorbel is die ik heb geretourneerd.
Ze pretenderen hygiene hoog in het vaandel te hebben staan, maar iedereen kan oorbellen terugsturen.
Mijn timeline die ik heb aangeleverd van ontvangst tot terugsturen vonden ze onvoldoende bewijs.
En je moet ook nog eens verzendkosten betalen voor het retourneren van de oorbellen die zij niet accepteren
Dit is de grootste scam die er is.
Ik koopin ieder geval NOOIT meer iets daar.

As explained by email, your return was inspected carefully when it arrived back with us. The bracelets and other earrings in your return were accepted and refunded, however the Aurora earrings were refused as they were received back with visible residue around the earring post area.
We do allow earrings to be returned so that customers have the opportunity to view them in person, provided they are completely unworn and returned in their original condition. However, if earrings are returned with visible signs of wear or residue, we cannot accept them back and we would never resell them to another customer.
Earrings are a hygiene sensitive item, so we can only accept them back if they are completely unworn and free from any signs of wear, residue or use. This is why the refund for this pair was declined.
We appreciate that you disagree with our decision, however we do not accept the suggestion that this matter has been handled fraudulently. We have reviewed this carefully, explained the reason for the refusal, and offered to return the earrings to you once return postage has been covered.

Stunning earrings, 2nd pair already ordered
I ordered the hydrangea earrings after seeing the company discussed on a YouTube channel (Alex Collins) they are stunning and I love them so much that I have ordered a 2nd pair in the cinnamon colour.

I ordered a pair of earrings from this…
I ordered a pair of earrings from this shop, opened the package for about 5 minutes just to try them on, and carefully put them back exactly as they were. I am a very responsible customer and made sure they were in perfect condition before returning them.
The company later claimed there were “visible signs of wearing” and refused to refund me, which is simply not true. The earrings were practically new. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled and would not recommend this store based on my experience.

As outlined clearly in our returns policy, for hygiene reasons earrings must be returned in their original condition and unworn. This includes not being tried on.
In your review you mention that the earrings were opened and tried on before being returned. Unfortunately, once earrings have been tried on, we are unable to resell them and therefore cannot accept them back for a refund. This policy is applied consistently to all customers to ensure hygiene standards are maintained and are stated on the packing slip that arrives with your order.
We understand this may not be the outcome you hoped for, but our decision was based strictly on our published policy and the condition of the items upon return.
If you would like the earrings sent back to you, please contact us directly and we will be happy to arrange this.
