I order 3 different pairs of earrings
I order 3 different pairs of earrings. The first two came in and were in perfect condition (5 stars) and so beautiful. The last pair while lovely, came in with a bent earring post and not attached to the earring holder. Almost like they were just thrown in the box. Hopefully this was just a one time deal.

Bow earrings
Beautiful packaging but the bow earrings I purchased didn’t sit very well on my rt year. The butterfly didn’t seem to get tight enough to my ear lobe so the earring seemed to droop on my rt ear. The left earring looked fine.

Devastated by the lack of customer service to someone who’s been a loyal customer
Hello,
I’m really quite appalled by how I’ve been blatantly ignored and disregarded as quite the loyal customer.
I was on your chat service for five hours where nothing was achieved and I was left waiting for 30 minutes each response. By the time someone was able to track my order number and verify all, they stated the office was closed and therefore could not do anything further. This was a month ago and I’ve since tried the ‘chat’ service provided on the website and no one has since answered aside from the robot saying someone will be in touch should I provide my email address which I have done various times now.
I’ve contacted you via your Facebook, I’ve contacted you via Instagram via the two directors business pages (one of which blocked me). I’ve emailed Abigayles email address provided on her Instagram as well as the care one provided on the website. None of the contents of my emails have been harsh, rude or intolerable.
Ive even added a couple of comments on Instagram and Facebook on your recent post kindly asking for someone on the care team to contact me, and they have now been removed or hidden!
I’m absolutely devastated I’m being treated in such a way when I’ve received so many lovely items from this shop, all of which I use more than any of my other fine pieces of jewellery such as Cartier. I love this shop and I would be really heartbroken to have this experience seriously sour any further possibilities of me ordering again. I’ve spent well over £500 on this website and I’m being completely ignored.
The only reason I contacted was a faulty good. The hydrangea earrings were gifted to me and one of the pearls has come off and gone missing. This is a quality control issue and all I ask is for a replacement.
I hope this message finally grasps the attention of someone of the care team at Nice Cream. As my next step will be the legal one pursuing the consumers rights act.

To address your concerns:
- Our team responded to your chat messages and worked to resolve the issue by agreeing to send you the replacement earring.
- While we appreciate your follow-up messages, we noticed multiple messages being sent even after the resolution had been confirmed. This extended the time spent on chat services unnecessarily, which we understand may have added to your frustration.
- The replacement earring has already been dispatched to you.

The hydrangea earrings w/Pearl were a disappointment as they hang low on the ear and I don’t have saggy earlobes. I will return the earrings.
The hydrangea bracelet with large hydrangeas is beautiful.

We do want to note that our return policy specifies items must be unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. To assist with the fit of larger earrings, we send out two pairs of backs, and we recommend using the plastic backs for additional support. However, we’d be happy to send you some larger backs that may better address your concerns.
