Great price and timely shipment.

Multiple ports; strong plastic construction; inclusion of pd port a plus.
Dislikes:
Location of 12 volt ports; overall large size; dubious ability to shut off 12 volt ports; difficult to position in car; battery charge indicator difficult to read, especially in bright sunlight.

Wrong description was put on description. The part was installed and they will not exchange or refund

I ordered 8 qts of 5w 50 oil and my package contained 3 qts of oil and 5 qts of motor craft trans fluid.

The first hub I installed works great abs light went out but I should have ordered. 2 of them all ways best replace as a set

On my time dealing with this company, I placed an order online for 3 oil filters. After payment, I received an email stating they only have 2 were in stock and I will receive a refund for one filter. I did receive my refund for one filter. I received the package and there was only one filter in the package and no packing slip. I contacted this company via email stating I received only one filter but I am being charged for two. It took a few days to get a response. I thought this would be simple and they would investigate the issue and this would be resolved. During the waiting period, my wife cleaned my shop and through away the box and packing. This company finally responded after several emails, They requested pictures of the box and packing and packing slip. I didn't have the box and never received a packing slip so there was no compensation. I asked if they did an investigation by asking the person who packed the filter for shipping. There was no reply about any investigation. I will not be doing any business with this company. My advice to other customers, stay away from this company.

They also sell as "PartsContainer" on eBay, which is where I have had my troubles with them. They sold me an $800 BMW headlight that was missing parts, and say they will do nothing unless I send them photos of the missing parts that I never received. Think about this crappy circular policy.. how do you send photos of what you did not get? These guys are crooks.

Car part came unusable

My NewParts order #1350675 of Wix oil filters was a very good price and came on time, but the thin foam envelope packaging was not so great. The outer two filter boxes were smashed. It appears the filters were somehow not damaged but I think a box would be a better way to ship them.

I bought a water pump for my Nissan Titan 06 and when it arrived I opened the package and the water pump was badly damaged stress cracked everywhere gasket was bent I asked Amazon for a replacement they were going to send it but the following Monday newparts cancelled it saying that they wanted to see the damage so I sent it back imeatly thay received it Friday and gave me $3.76 back and charged me 57 dollars restocking fee how in earth is that legal I contacted Amazon and they tried reaching out to them but newparts never returned to answer Amazon so I got a complete refund from Amazon. They said they were going to look into newparts but as of today they are still selling parts on Amazon. This needs to stop.SCAMMERS.
