VG product, terrible programming scheduling
The product they offer seems to be very good - functions perfectly - though longevity has yet to be determined. Unfortunately, the arrangement for the programming of my new key was very poor, though the actual programming itself was fast and efficient. It took 12 (yes, 12) calls/transfers to get it done. Every person I spoke to was courteous and tried to help (or else 1 star) but could not.

Great Experience From Start to Finish
I really enjoyed everyone I talked to through the whole process. The price beat any other competitor I spoke to, and it was so convenient for Gary to come to our home to get it done. I was able to get it done a whole week before the appointment, and Kimberly in sales was so helpful and patient. I will be using them again if the need arises.
