Good neck support.
I bought a pair of pillows for myself & my wife. I persnonaly don't mind this pillow as it helps my neck issues, but my wife is still undecided after 2 weeks. I'm not sure this type of pillow is for everyone, but for me it's fine.

Works well
Works well, have been running in my camper via inverter. Quiet, can play movies on my phone and hear perfectly.
My only gripe is the size and weight 🙃

The company reviews were good. They where informative on and chats filling in questions I had very well. I love my new mattress. But I do wish it had more stability around the sides. Cause I am used to it. Guess I will get used to it.

More realistic approach.
The company can improve by having a more common sense approach when it comes to Return/Refund policy. The customer service staff sounded like and old record who kept on sharing snippets of the policy when I tried to return a product as it is something that I didnt like. Yes I ordered a Polyester Mattress protector instead of Cotton but that should not be a reason for the team not to accept a Return and process refund. It is 100% unused but she kept on saying it has to be packed in the form it was received? Who in their right mind expects a customer to pack the product as their factory would have packed? The most important thing should be if the product is used or damaged?

Good product!
I had to suddenly change my mattress due to a back injury, I ended up leaning for this one and happily it didn’t disappoint me. It’s very comfortable and I look forward to sleep on it every night! To me it feels just right. They did well!

Zero customer service or support. Return policy is in print only, not reality.
I have been trying to return the mattress and topper, which remain UNOPENED and in perfect condition. Am still waiting a response to my email (per the website instructions) sent on 4th November 2025 and still no contact over 1 week later. Nothing.
