Purchase to help with snoring. Only been used for a couple of weeks , so don’t have a full review yet, but happy the way the pillow is working so far.

I’ve been exploring superking beds and this company, which I’d never heard of before, seemed to have excellent reviews, and it was on sale. So I gave it a go. The transaction was easy and bed was delivered within a few days. It’s very heavy, so you definitely need 2 reasonably strong people to move it. The bed came with a cutting tool to open the plastic shrink wrapped bed, and it was very handy. It unfurls easily, we waited about 70 hours before we slept on it (48-72 hours is suggested). It’s amazing. Great size and absorbs each others movements; can’t feel tossing and turning if the other person is restless, or getting out of bed. My only complaint is that nowhere does it say which is the head/foot end. As it is a superking size (square), it’s not obvious, and because of the 7 zones, you want to get it right. Differing advice online from Newentor AI included, it doesn’t matter to generally label is foot end. I emailed customer service, and they said “You can place it according to the direction indicated on the mattress label shown in the picture.” Which is the one of the images on their website……. So, place the superking mattress with the label on the right-hand side bottom corner if you are standing at the foot end. I mention this as it was hard for me to find this info, so hopefully it helps others. But that aside, wow!!!

It’s a mattress in a box but very firm rather than medium, had to purchase an additional pillow top to be able to sleep on it.

The first time I ordered you cancel my order without contacting me first if you had contacted me first before cancelling I could have told you that it could be delivered to the Gympie depot. Once it was cancelled you were then out of stock and I had to wait number of weeks before stock came in again and I was able to re-order putting the gympie depot as my delivery address. Was not happy with this. I have also found it is quite noisy especially to use at night.

I can recommend this product.

Prompt delivery, packaged well

Purchased an air conditioner early this month with a displayed expected delivery date.

Paid in full and tracked by shop app but no change to order status despite weeks passing.

Emailed customer service, no response. No phone number anywhere.

Bought the air conditioner due to positive reviews and the 10 yr warranty but absolutely no use of a warranty when customer service is this bad prior to delivery.

Having took delivery of Newentor Bodepot BD20 dehumidifier earlier this week, I’m extremely disappointed that it has a consistent E3 fault on it. I’ve run it three times to assist in drying clothes but after a short while it comes up with this problem. I can’t believe there is no local telephone number to speak to someone about it and bearing in mind the obvious time difference I feel my emails are going unnoticed. I’ve sent to both service email address and normal contact email address. I also sent a photo of the serial number as well so there’s no excuse not to contact me back to tell me what they’re going to do about it.
Luckily I had my old Meaco unit in hand to help dry off the clothes.
I really looked hard for a replacement and thought the 10 year warranty would stand me in good stead… how wrong I was.

It was an easy process to order online. The delivery was fairly quick and the box was in good condition.
Once the mattress was fully inflated we were ready for our first night sleep. So far both hubby and I are thoroughly enjoying our new mattress. Our backs have stopped hurting and sleeping is a pleasure.

Disappointed you can feel the box springs through the topper when you lay on the bed

Sadly dehumidifier started showing error code E3 after only 3 months use. Newentor initially said they would replace it but wanted photos of error code and serial number first. These were provided and then could not get them to reply to any communication. Sadly their 10year warranty is a lie!
