Everything was as promised. Delivered before advised.
Quality is spot on and so comfortably perfect for a great night's sleep. We tossed out a 2 year old plush mattress, bought from a large bedding shop that cost us $2000 for this new mattress. Best buy ever. Thankyou guys.

Husband doesn't think it's particularly comfortable. Not much different to the previous mattress we thought lacked support and comfort.
Mattress arrived , left at door. Extremely heavy for a small 80 year old to move. Hurt my back.

The delivery company used to send this to me was hard to deal with. The website was never updated properly so I didn’t know when it was coming, there was no contact number so I had to email and wait. Was called by one of them to tell they didn’t deliver to my address and I had to pick it up in the nearest town. Then on the day of the delivery a guy rocked up at my house (I live in a closed up fenced farm), entered my yard and placed the mattress in a very poorly handled cardboard package and had to find me afterwards to be left out through the closed gate. No one called me to let me know about this change or this person coming to my house so I got quite frightened. Never buying this mattress again even though the quality of the product isn’t the problem.

Quality products and prompt delivery

Mattress is good, glad I can sleep without my partners movement waking me up. Mattress is harder then I expected we did need to buy a mattress topper.

What I didn't like was the delivery. It took 2 weeks over the expected delivery date to recieve my Mattress and only then because I went to pick it up at a location. They initially lost it then wouldn't deliver it for quite a while unless I picked it up.

Happy with the mattress topper I purchased.
But the customer service was terrible.
Phone calls not answered and messages not replied to. Live chat informed me twice that my request would be marked urgent. Still waiting.

This dehumidifier works well in our downstairs bathroom, I was surprised on how much moisture it removes from the air, I’ll be using it in other areas of our house being portable is a bonus

Best mattress for a good night sleep. I wake up with no pain. Might be firm for some but can be complemented by a mattress topper.
