I am another buyer from the U.K. who has had no choice but to give Newentor a review here, as there is nothing for the U.K.
I purchased a Nerwentor 25L Dehumidifier through Amazon U.K. on 1st October 2023. I choose this because the reviews were very good and it was mentioned more than once that your customer service was excellent. At the time, I was also attracted to the fact that a 10 year warranty was being offered.

Unfortunately, in early November, my dehumidifier started to freeze and I can not understand why this is happening. It is only used 2 to 3 times a week to help dry my washing quicker. I keep the filter clean and always make sure that it is kept away from walls and any other obstructions. My house sits at an average temperature of 18 degrees during the colder months, so it is never used in cold conditions. It has always been very well taken care of and has never had any knocks or damage of any kind.
It is really disappointing that it has lasted such a short period of time.
I have contacted Newentor on 3 separate occasions now and no one has replied, which makes 10 year warranty not worth the paper it is written on.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I knew I needed a new mattress as I was getting a sore back on the old one. Lucky for me Newentor we’re having a sale with 60% off but that wasn’t the reason I went with them. They have very good reviews with mostly 4and 5 star from over 16000 people. I’ve been sleeping like a baby waking up without a sore back. The one I got is the hybrid and it has just the right amount of support without being too firm. Reviewers have said it’s about a 7/10 for firmness and I would agree.My wife usually likes a soft one but she is very happy with this one. They have a return for full refund policy that I will definitely not use Thanks Newentor.

Simple website, pretty easy process, quick delivery.
As for the cool topper, noticable difference over standard memory foam from other toppers I've used. Dont find myself tossing to find a cold spot as its now Into December and I don't like leaving AC on over night. So hot nights have been manageable.
As for comfort, I'm 3 weeks in and find it a little on the firm side. However I can now sleep on my side which I couldnt do on firm mattress alone. Hoping it softens up over time. It is quite slippery if you put fine thread sheets on it they will come loose pretty quick. Makes sense though, low friction gives you a cooler feel. I'm a tight arse and got a long life firm mattress, I was surprised when I read this topper should be changed out every 5 to 10 years.
Consideting this, overall I think this is good valve for what I paid. Hope this helps if anyone reads this 😀
