Had it not been for your shonky marketing, i.e. advertising a "Christmas & Boxing Day Sale" price, then dropping the price straight after Christmas to a lower price promoted as "Boxing Day Sale", (NOT what reputable businesses normally do!) you would have received my 5 Star review! You partly redemmed yourselves by responding to my detailed email on the day my mattress was delivered, and subsequently refundeding the overcharge!! Obviously, next time I, or any of my friends buy one of your outstanding quality mattresses, I should not do so during a "Christmas & Boxing Sale" offer period but rather wait and see how much cheaper it will be during the real "Boxing Day Sale" period!! Shonky marketing indeed! You have a fabulous prucuct, don't spoil it with terrible marketing ideas!!

Great product that was delivered in good time. Easy to set up, and it is really comfortable. It is really worth buying, I'm so glad I did. The bonus for me is that my cat loves the box it came in.

I found it easy to pick the product and size of mattress I required online. The information on cost and delivery was clear . I ordered and paid online and awaited delivery within 7 days. I received a response almost immediately and the next day was given an approximate date of delivery. I was notified early one morning that the delivery had been pushed forward and would be sometime during that day. This was the only hiccup as they could not advise a time frame. I requested the goods be placed in a safe location as I wasn't able to stay home to wait for the delivery. When I returned home I found the box where I requested. I unpacked the carton and followed the instructions and let the mattress rest for 3 days before using it . A good experience all round

It’s really good. But just the same lil problem, the sides sink very easily. For any future buyers, don’t sit on the edge, always sit in the middle. Other than that. It’s a great mattress.

When I used to wake up in the morning, my body often felt sore, especially my legs, and I also had lower back pain.

When we first bought this mattress, for the first 30–40 days I honestly didn’t notice much difference compared to other mattresses we had previously purchased for around $400–$500. I was actually quite disappointed and even considered returning it (which is why we kept it very clean).

However, after using it for more than three months now, I can say that over the past 40–50 days, I’ve noticed a significant improvement. I no longer wake up with back pain or that same level of body fatigue, and the issues I used to experience in the mornings have largely disappeared.

That said, I wouldn’t say it’s 100% perfect. It’s not the most comfortable when sleeping on your side, and it doesn’t fully contour to body pressure points when lying on your back.

Overall, it’s a good mattress, although it might be slightly overpriced for what it offers.

Delivered quickly and very comfortable

Purchased 25l De humidifiers worked for 11 months , comes with 10 year guarantee however I have emailed twice and sent what’sap message 3 times to the addresses they state on the card they include as a welcome card with appliance when purchased….. no one EVER replies been 1 month …. Newentor answer your customers as 10 year warranty should mean something.

FOLLOW UP AFTER REPLY FROM NEWENTOR: With no contact information how will Amazon repair or replace the failed machine?

Total rubbish to make it appear that Newentor are standing by their worthless so called 10 year guarantee and are doing something which they clearly are not.
My advice:

AVOID AND BUY A DIFFERENT PRODUCT.

Leaving a review here as it's the only option for those of us who've had the misfortune to buy Newentor's 25 litre dehumidifier in the UK.

Ours has failed after about 3 years of limited use with permanent E2 error. No response whatsoever from Newentor although there's a 10 year guarantee with our product.

Very expensive for such appalling and misleading (non existent) after sales service.
