Ordered a beautiful 500-count electric humidor from Newair. Sadly the unit is defective. I contacted customer support and was promptly assisted by Fern who after a few email exchanges arranged for a replacement unit. I appreciate Fern’s diligence in resolving my issue. I have no doubt he has arrangwd a satisfactory resolution.

My customer service experience with Laurellee from Newair was outstanding! She was extremely helpful by assisting me with a replacement foot for our new NewAir Electric Cigar Humidor Wineador. She has already shipped the replacement item within the same day.

I bought Newair ice maker less than a year ago and started having problems with it. I called Newair and spoke with Hilary and she got the problem resolved quickly. She was VERY caring and responded to all of my emails quickly. I now have a new ice maker headed my way. No problems and no excuses. Thanks Hilary for making my day!!!

We purchased the Newair indoor/outdoor under the counter refrigerator through Home Depot. We picked up the item on October 3rd. We waited one day before setting up the unit. Quickly apparent the unit had a problem. We called customer service and visited with Ionia. She had us troubleshoot a series of items which we did. A day or two later, we contacted her again that the unit was still having the same problems. She offered to have a replacement unit sent to us so long as we disabled and discarded the malfunctioning unit. We readily agreed to do that and did so. The replacement unit arrived several days later. We truly appreciated Ionia’s pleasant, responsive and thorough approach to this matter. We rarely need to have such customer service for our purchases, but we really did need help here. Ionia was exceptional. Thank you.

Initial problem was an inoperative unit. After that was established on a previous call, I was told a new one would be sent amd were on order but none were currently available.
Calling back days later, checking found it was unlikely a new unit would be available for some time. I asked about getting a refund and she went through the process and initiated the paperwork. Individual (IC) was very helpful and provided status updates via phone calls or email as the process proceeded. While being professional she was always cheerful and a pleasure to work with.
I was disappointed about not getting an operable unit, but your support staff and especially IC made for a much less negative (almost positive) experience.

My first interaction resulted in wrong order-my fault. But I got no response from first CS rep who helped me... emails and voicemails when on hold for long time.
Today I called first thing and Ionie answered and held my hand all the way to figure out correct order! Yeah! Great follow-up. Almost like 2 different companies.
I am a happy NewAir customer.

Fern made our experience seamless! We had a slight hiccup with our machine and he remedied it in under 24 hours! Absolutely wonderful customer service, and that's not always the case in 2025. But we are certainly impressed and respect a company who stands behind their product!

Purchased a 126 beverage cooler, and there was a part included in the box that wasn’t identified in the instructions. I looked online but still couldn’t find not find the part. I contacted Newair customer service, and Laurellee answered promptly with the solution. Outstanding Service!

I was so glad I was able to get someone from the company who was aware of my situation. I had a fridge that was having issues and he was able to diagnose the problem right away. Even though i wasn't comfortable with the plans they had for troubleshooting they ensured they would take care of my and my fridge. He sent a new one today, and hopefully it will be better than the last one. Customer service was always prompt and pleasurable. I really liked the fridge, and company so hopefully the next fridge coming will be perfect. Thanks. FERN.
