I was bummed when my beloved 400 count humidor crashed & burned, but Newair's Customer Service folks turned that into a great experience. 1st, Anfernee via email handled my questions better than expected & then Lonie Castro stepped in over the phone & not only answered my questions but reassured me that my timeline would be met for delivery of my new unit. It was the combined effort of these two folks who resulted in a sale. They both should be congratulated!

The representative, Ionie, answered my call on the day after Thanksgiving. That's right - a HUMAN actually spoke to me on the phone regarding a unit that had failed. She quickly confirmed that I had gone through the troubleshooting steps and agreed that the compressor had failed. As the unit could not be repaired, she quickly worked to get a new unit to me under warranty. That unit arrived as promised within days and I am overjoyed with the service.

I was going back and forth with a customer service agent trying to solve an issue with an order. Two days after the issue was raised, I was reassigned to Ionie C. What a relief! 24 hours later, the problem was solved, with no email follow-up, call, or anything else needed. Solved!

Newair doesn't stand behind its product. The ice machine is very loud. It stopped working after 11 months, we were happy a new ice machine was sent but unfortunately that one only lasted 9 months! They said noting else can be done. We maintained the machine based on the manual, it was used for a family of 4, so moderate use. The customer service is through email and very inconsistent. I would not buy another Newair product!

I ordered a fan part for a wine cooler on November 19th. It's now December 8th, and it still hasn't shipped. I've call them twice and they said the part is in stock, but that the shipping department is very busy and all they can offer is that I will get a tracking number once it's shipped. Almost 3 weeks to ship a small part and I still don't know when I'll get it? I just ordered an item from China and I received it in 6 days! I order from Amazon all the time and receive in 1 week or less and I'm not a prime member. I would recommend not to buy Newair products if you ever need to order a part in the future.

Ionie as always been promt, professional and very helpful she's always been a pleasure to talk to and I cannot recommend this product or especially her customer service anymore her customer service is 11 out of 10 Stars

the steps needed to get a wine cooler
operating correctly. She explained
why it was leaking and how to stop this. She requested photos
of the cooler and the water tray which was not in use. She explained
where the water tray should be placed

Chat quick and responsive. Fern helped me determine the problem with my Newair wine cooler and sent me information on ordering the part.

Fern responded to my email very promptly and asked me to send two photos of the temp control and the model number. After sending them he responded quickly and suggested I check to see if the temp was reading in Celcius and it was. I corrected that and the issue was solved. I was very impressed by how quickly and effortlessly he was able to resolve my problem.

I had purchased a wine cooler from Newair last year and it recently stopped cooling, luckily it was under warranty and I contacted customer support and spoke with Hilary. Hilary was extremely friendly and very professional and after communicating back and forth several times she was able to provide me with a replacement unit since mine was still under warranty. She's a great asset to the company!
