Speaking with a customer service representative who understood the business of the company as an employee of the company. Said differently, if she was an outsourced customer service representative, then they should figure out how to clone her.

Ms. Laurellee Ashly Stuart helped me resolve my issues in a timely and friendly manner. I appreciate the help she has provided me and would recommend Newair, although I purchased from a third party (they were not able to help even though item was purchased within 30 day window), the manufacturer was able to quickly resolve problem I was experiencing. Hilary was able to find answers to all my questions quickly and was most helpful in finding a solution to the problems I was experiencing with a recent replacement ice maker machine. I am very grateful for her knowledge, kindness and solution to my concerns. She went above and beyond the call of duty and offered helpful solutions I did not know about.

The first unit we received was defective, but they stepped up and provided a new unit without any hassle.

The representative once we made contact stayed engaged through the entire process. Provided complete clear messages to ensure we knew our status for our defective device. As for calling into the 855-963-9247 that is very hard to make initial contact as well as finalize the shipping fee. We should be able to make a payment without the delay in calling back to this number.

I was gifted an ice maker for Christmas that I really liked a lot. Unfortunately it failed after about nine months. Customer support was awesome though. After a brief conversation about my situation, they were able to determine that it was a warranty issue and a replacement was sent. Anfernee was very helpful and we had the issue straightened out in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service!

I had the pleasure and incredible good luck to work with Vanessa P.U.E. in NewAir Customer Service to resolve an issue that anyone else would have abandoned long ago! I needed a part that everyone said was not available, didn’t know which part it was, and so on, and Vanessa kept digging. We are not talking days…we are talking weeks and weeks. Today, the part is on its way to me! It is thanks to her tenacity and resolve to help, that resulted in finding and procuring this part for me. I am happy NewAir attracts and hires people of this caliber.

What made my experience great was the support I had from Laurellee Ashly Stuart who not only responds right away but provides lots of detail that helped me to not stress or feel overwhelmed. She was patient with me as this was my first experience reaching out to Newair and had many questions/concerns.
