In the beginning we primarily sold portable air conditioners and evaporative coolers. Today, our product categories have something for nearly every part of the home. Our web site now offers a wide range of compact appliances, from heating and cooling, to wine and beverage coolers, ice makers, humidors, and more. We’ve since moved out of the garage into a large warehouse and distribution center so that we can offer our customers same day free shipping from our headquarters in southern California or our east coast warehouse. When we first started NewAir, we knew it would be important to focus on quality products that meet our customer’s needs. We also know that great customer service is the backbone of any reputable company. Today, we’re proud to say this has made us one of the most trusted names in compact appliances. Great customer service from NewAir

My NewAir cooler started to have cooling issues after 10 years of ownership. Where other companies would just say to buy a new unit, Laurellee at NewAir helped diagnose the problem, was kind and responsive, and helped me order replacement parts (with instructions). Great service all around!

Experienced a damaged unit on arrival

Experienced a damaged unit on arrival. Contacted support and Laurellee helped me turn this experience from bad to good very quickly. Helped with the entire process and got a new unit being shipped to replace. Amazing service and support! This will be updated when the new unit arrives.

Hilary's customer service was…

Hilary's customer service was outstanding! She was polite, knowledgable, articulate, and attentive to our questions. We have never had a better experience with customer service than we had with Hilary. She is truly outstanding and is a valuable asset to your team. We received a replacement ice maker in less than a week.

Unusually good customer service

When the fridge arrived damaged, I requested e-support and Laurellee responded just eight (8) minutes later. She was courteous and helpful and arranged to send a replacement part. But after 72 hours the fridge still would not cool to near the advertised temperature, so she accepted a return without debate.
I want to do more business with Newair in the future.

Missing part - Quickly resolved (Thanks to Laurellee!)

I submitted a request over the weekend about a missing part on my order and was quickly contacted on the first business day by Laurellee. She apologized for the issue, asked great questions to pinpoint the missing piece, and followed up shortly after to confirm she had already placed an order for it. I really appreciated how everything was resolved the same day.

Great Customer Service at Newair

I contacted new air after searching the Internet for a replacement beverage fridge. I had a couple of technical questions and emailed Customer Service. I received a quick response from an extremely helpful Rep named Laurellee. She provided me with answers and helped me set up a quote for my purchase. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, she handled everything perfectly. I am now a satisfied Newair, Customer.

Wine cooler noises and shaking issue.

I had a problem with my wine cooler after almost 1 year of using.

Fern at Newair, is the best rep.

Newair is the company. Fern is the best representative in the business. I've been going crazy for years looking for a certain type of drain plug for my ice maker. Buying different types, water leaks everywhere, other reps and second hand businesses telling me they don't make them anymore. But Fern found them for me today immediately. I couldn't believe it. Definitely someone who cares about his clients. 5 STARS. THANKS FERN
