In the beginning we primarily sold portable air conditioners and evaporative coolers. Today, our product categories have something for nearly every part of the home. Our web site now offers a wide range of compact appliances, from heating and cooling, to wine and beverage coolers, ice makers, humidors, and more. We’ve since moved out of the garage into a large warehouse and distribution center so that we can offer our customers same day free shipping from our headquarters in southern California or our east coast warehouse. When we first started NewAir, we knew it would be important to focus on quality products that meet our customer’s needs. We also know that great customer service is the backbone of any reputable company. Today, we’re proud to say this has made us one of the most trusted names in compact appliances. Employees are responsive and polite

Fern responded quickly to my email/request. Although I don't necessarily like Newair not having a longer warranty on their appliances, Fern was polite and professional and at least expressed sympathy with the product I am having issues with. He offered me a 30% discount on a new product since the old one cannot be repaired.

Hilary Waight once again provided…

Hilary Waight once again provided stellar customer service to help resolve our ice maker issue. We did have pump issues (twice) but ea h time Hilary walked us thru removing the unit and timely providing us with an easy replacement!

Lovely Laurellee

Laurellee was very pleasant and helpful to work with. She was knowledgable about the 15” wine cooler and the internal components that enable the cooler to function.

Hilary Waight

Hilary Waight was very helpful and very prompt. We had 2 new ice machines quit at the same time. We have never had an issue with Newair products before. We live in a very small town 135 miles from Reno, NV. We are older and making trips into Reno to take care of business can be difficult for us at times. She was able to help us over the phone and through email. I appreciated her patience in helping us.

Great Customer Service

I had received my new fridge in the mail and unfortunately it had got roughed up a bit in shipping. But thankfully NewAir has great customer service! I contacted them and Fern was understanding and was able to help me out, the whole process was quick and easy. They were able to send me another fridge to replace the one that got damaged.

Unfortunately my Newair ice machine stopped working

Unfortunately my Newair ice machine stopped making ice. We have had it for a few years and love the machine. I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything I could do troubleshooting wise. I heard back from Fern at customer service and he was on top of our conversations all the way thru . It is awesome to have someone this helpful and his follow-up skills are what others should strive for. Fern gave us truthful advise and when we both agreed it’s time for a new machine he offered an offer to help out on the price that the company has.

Great customer service!

Laurellee assisted me quickly and with an outcome I was satisfied with. Although my product failed I was very pleased with the customer support I recieved.

Excellent Customer Service

The customer service, particularly of Fern - the agent with which I had correspondence, was exceptional. Fern was extremely responsive and understanding of my issue. He resolved the matter expeditiously and favorably. Although our ice maker did work great for some time, there was a problem making ice in the end, but I would recommend Newair specifically because when there is an issue, they are quick to rectify. Fern gets 5 stars!

Outstanding Customer Service
