Hattie Ruffle Ankle skirt-perfect and on time
I ordered the Hattie Ruffle Ankle skirt for my courthouse ceremony. I don't often buy clothes online, especially from abroad, because I fear the delays and complications in case the product is not what I expected.
Everything was perfect here. I placed my order Monday evening and the skirt was delivered to me, beautifully packaged, within a week (I live in Athens, Greece). It fits perfectly (I used the N&T measurements). The skirt is beautiful, wonderful details, loved the texture.
All in all, a great experience.

I’m usually very skeptical about buying…
I’m usually very skeptical about buying clothes online. I’ve never heard of the store, but I loved the dress so much that I decided to give it a shot. And Oh My God! I have absolutely no words to describe how beautiful it is! The color is beautiful, the flower details are just extraordinary and the one shoulder just gives the dress a modern look. The quality of the dress is visible, there were no excess threads I had to cut.
I bought it and within 3 days it was here (fastest delivery I have ever seen, and for reference I do not live in the UK).
I do have to say that you have a client for life! Thank you for giving hope for a hopeless bride to be!

My dress arrived promptly and was nicely packed and I was lucky enough to get a 25% discount too. They do come small to size I ordered Size 14 but I am an 12 in most other brands.Looking forward to wearing it on the 23 January 2026.

Arrived torn
I ordered this dress for an event. It arrived with a hole in the box and a tear on the front which meant it lost sequins. I was offered either a 15% discount if I went to a seamstress (which would have cost more than the discount and I had no time) or a replacement if I ordered again with express delivery (with no guarantee it would arrive in time, but the delivery fee would be waived as a gesture of goodwill). For the price you would hope the dress would be packaged properly and not placed in a thin flimsy box and token paper.

Really great dresses were beautiful just sizing was difficult ended up with size 20 but otherwise I’m size 14.
Arrived in good time and lovely packing .
My wedding dress received many compliments and would have been great to actually see them all in an outlet as can only order so many .

The dress is beautiful
The dress is beautiful, but really disappointed it was stuffed in a box half the size it needed to be. It was posted without an outer box so it’s defaced with an address label and writing from the delivery courier. Plus I couldn’t get the dress back in the box for storage, so I’ve had to buy a box myself… it genuinely spoiled the experience of purchasing such an expensive dress, definitely not what I expected from such a respected brand.
