I placed multiple orders with NCF Living Stoke under order numbers NSOM10408, NSOM10455 and NSOM10456. I was repeatedly assured delivery would take place on 3 March 2026, including when I returned to confirm in person, but the goods were not delivered. I was later given a different explanation about the wardrobe not being started, which did not match the paperwork I had already been given.
I also asked for the available items to be delivered separately, and I was told this would be arranged, but nothing happened. I have now been told supply will only be around 20 March 2026, which is after my child’s naming ceremony on 17 March 2026, the event I needed the furniture for.
What made the experience worse was the way I was treated in store. I was spoken to very rudely, called a liar, and left feeling embarrassed and upset when I was simply trying to resolve the issue.
I have now submitted a formal complaint and expect a proper response that addresses the delivery failures, the inconsistent information, and the conduct of the manager.
Very disappointing experience with NCF.
The manager was extremely rude and, instead of addressing the issue professionally, kept defending one lie after another. Rather than taking responsibility and trying to resolve the matter, they appeared more interested in making excuses and covering up poor handling of the situation. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly very upsetting.
The customer service team was no better. Their attitude was terrible, communication was poor, and there seemed to be very little genuine concern for the customer. I expected understanding, honesty, and support, but instead I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of accountability.
Overall, my experience with NCF was very unpleasant. The combination of rude management and poor customer service made the whole situation worse than it needed to be. I would not recommend them based on how I was treated.

Ordered a new bed base, mattress, and headboard (£1200) The product itself is decent; however, when it was delivered one of the casters (feet) was broken. I returned to the Hanley store assuming replacements would be readily available, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The in-store assistant contacted head office, who later emailed me stating: “We have the casters on order and as soon as they arrive we will arrange delivery to you.”
It has now been 1 month and 3 days. After sending four emails and attempting several phone calls, I have received no response or update whatsoever.
To top it off, the delivery team arrived with no tools at all not even something as basic as a pair of scissors or a screwdriver.

We visited NCF Living in Stoke on Trent after visiting other sofa stores leaving unimpressed. We had a relaxed experience thanks to Terri. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and laughed at my sense of humour. Terri took the time to understand exactly what we needed without any selling pressure, and explained all our options clearly, helping us find the perfect sofas at a great price. The store had a wide selection in stock, and the whole process was smooth and efficient with no high pressure selling. We highly recommend Terri (credit to the company)and the Stoke branch.

We bought a king sized bed and mattress in December. We were told 7 to 10 days delivery.
We had 3 delivery attempts all 3 said the delivery was failed due to goods not being loaded. So in February we requested a refund, we are still waiting.
Went in to the Stoke store to be told contact customer services which don't seem to exist. No one answers the phone and no one replies to emails.
