The customer service was extremely good. Beth was really nice and explained to us about the different collections on dinning table and chairs. She gave us different options which would go with our budget.

Would not recommend purchasing from NCF.
We had furniture delivered (took 6 weeks for delivery - not 10-14 workings day) and there were several issues with the furniture. Emailed head office, had no response in over a week and the head office phone is NEVER answered when continuously called.
We’ve been into the store since and were assured that we would receive a call from the head office.
We did not receive any contact whatsoever from the head office. Unsure what we are supposed to do at this stage with faulty furniture in our home for over a week with no contact or resolution.
Extremely disappointing, especially when we had a positive experience in the store when purchasing and were looking forward to receiving our table and chairs, and bed.

Two out of four dining chairs delivered had dents and paint big faults. I was told to photograph and send these in. After many, many attempts to call, the line is unmanned. Many emails, when they reply just state it’s with another team. It’s now a couple of months later and I have no refund or replacements. I’ve never experienced service this bad. They just want your money. Not interested in fixing anything. I will never buy ANYTHING from these cowboys again.

Ordered a table on the 6th Dec from the Hanley branch with an approx delivery date of early to mid Jan - it’s now the 17th of Feb and no table - Customer Service is shocking and only get holding responses!
Wish we read the reviews before we ordered !
