Brian at NCF Highgate was absolutely brilliant and so accommodating, brought the most perfect sofa thanks to Brian he was great, thanks Brian!

We have been looking for a new sofa for over a year and have had no luck . I decided to take my family to NCF Highgate as they had excellent marketing on the outside of the store so was very interested in taking a look . The overall store presentation was excellent and the staff very welcoming . We met with Sidney who was a tremendous help to me and my family in our search . She gave us so much information that helped us enjoy our sofa search instead of worry about the wrong fit . We met with her over 2 weekends as a whole day searching wasn’t enough !! We finally found a sofa and it is amazing and her customer service and her ability to make us feel comfortable during the experience was amazing . She was a tremendous help and a true asset to the Highgate Team .
Would definitely recommend coming here and having an excellent time when purchasing a new sofa !!!:))

Went in to buy a couple of sofas. We were served by Aiden (Birmingham Highgate branch). A very well spoken, well mannered, professional young man. Very helpful. Provided a service with a smile. 5 stars all round.

Good collection of bed frames and mattresses. Lewis was really helpful in selecting the best combination.
