Big shout out to Mr. Lewis at NCF Living (Highgate, Birmingham)! 🛋️ After searching all the big-name stores and finding nothing but long waits and poor service, we found exactly what we needed here. I had an excellent experience purchasing my mattress, thanks to TK from Highgate and Sidney. From the moment I walked in, TK was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. Buying a mattress can be overwhelming with so many options, but TK patiently guided me through the entire process, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the differences between each choice.
Whenever I felt confused or unsure, he took the time to listen and helped me narrow down the best options based on my needs. He never rushed me and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
