Lewis was wonderful and service was great, very helpful, very happy with my order from Birmingham Highgate branch

This is the second time that I have met Brain Highgate , I felt comfortable , so I came back and now I am buying a sofa .

If I could I wouldn't give them * even ! I bought a sofa last year In December and it is totally defective. Since then , ai have been trying to resolve this issue with them, visited their showroom in Highgate, Birmingham. Unfortunately, now 3 months is running on and they still couldn't neither resolve that issue nor they chmaged the sofa but I they took full amount from me. I am not going to leave them to do the same things with other customers. So, please be aware about it when you buy something from them.

Travelled into NCF store in Highgate, Birmingham today, simply to browse for household furniture as im soon to move into my new home. Ended up purchasing a lovely Ottaman double bed, as well as a wonderful dining table and six swivel chairs. This is all credit to the sales man, namely Reza. He was very knowledgeable and very patient when going through the items we had selected, explained the 0% interest installment plan and made it so simple and affordable. He is truly a credit to his organisation. I will certainly look for Rrza, when I return for further household furniture at NCF. Thanks again, Reza!

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from NCF Living to think twice.
I recently ordered a table from them for my new home. The item was advertised as a stockable item and the order included a £99 delivery charge. Shortly after placing the order, I realised that the measurements listed were incorrect and that the table would not actually fit the room as planned.
I contacted the company within five working days to explain the situation and cancel the order. Despite this being a stock item and the cancellation being made promptly, I was told that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee. I made it clear that I was unhappy with this, especially given how quickly I had contacted them.
To make matters worse, I then had to wait two weeks before being contacted about my refund. At that point I was informed that not only would 25% be deducted from the item cost, but that the £99 delivery charge would also be reduced by 25%. When I questioned this, I explained that delivery is a service, not a physical item that can be “restocked,” yet they still insisted on applying the deduction to the entire order.
The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Charging a restocking fee on a stock item cancelled within a few days is questionable enough, but applying the same deduction to a delivery service is simply unreasonable.
Based on this experience, I would strongly urge others to be extremely cautious when dealing with NCF Living. In my opinion, their policies and handling of this situation are unfair, and it’s not a company I would recommend to anyone. If you’re considering purchasing furniture from them, I would seriously suggest looking elsewhere.

Mr. Reza was very helpful towards finding our furniture for our dream home. He was happy to work out what sizes and colours fit our vision and provided his utmost support. We felt truly at home and enjoyed his company as we looked through various amazing choices.

After an exhaustive year long search for a settee, we found NCF. On arrival we were met by a lovely sales consultant called Sydney. During our 3 hour visit, she helped us navigate all the settees in a professional and very helpful manner which ended with us purchasing our perfect settee with matching table. Her knowledge of each settee exceptional.

After a long and tiering search for the right sofa to fit our living room we came to visit NCF where we found a very beautiful sofa for a very good price and immediate delivery time. The staff have all been very friendly and helping particularly Rizan was amazing
