He arrived on time
He arrived on time, having previously called to say he was on the way. He was polite and extremely professional. He let me know how he was going to work. When he finished he told me about the caring for the windscreen.

Two technicians turned up on time on…
Two technicians turned up on time on one of the warmest days of the year and replaced the screen in my Transit Custom on my driveway. They were both polite and a credit to National Windscreens. There must be a reason why my insurers sent me to National Windscreens for a replacement and I now know why that is. It's called good old fashioned 'service' !

Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a small chip on the windscreen which was easily repaired quickly and efficiently at the Reading branch. They have a waiting room and toilets if required, but there us also a retail park across the road where you can get food and drinks etc.

Good service, 7 days earliest booking, no callout
Service was great, staff courteous, job completed promptly on the day.
Two issues:
1. Earliest booking 7 days.
2. Couldn't get a home repair so had to take a day off work to go to site.

Quick and easy. Room to work in if you need to.
The guys here were really helpful. It’s a bit detached from Reading (you could get a bus in) but there’s a Costa across the road and better still, there’s a large room at the repair centre which you can work in. Ideal if you need to wait around.
