Windscreen repair was excellent
Windscreen repair was excellent, i was ask to pay £25.
Today i was sent a message to pay another £75 i will be contacting them asking why they are demanfing more money!!!

Windscreen replacement
Communication was very good all the way through and they checked with me a couple of times to make sure I got exactly the right windscreen. On the day of my booking it was raining heavily and I don't have a carport or garage, so they called to ask if I could take my vehicle to their workshop which was less than a mile from my house. So grateful the option was available rather than delay the work. Everyone was helpful and kept me informed. There was a comfortable waiting area with free WiFi so I was still able to get my work done. Would not hesitate to use again.

Very good service
Very good service
I had a couple of chips on my windshield to be repaired and was able to book the repair service for the day I wanted (soon).
The young man arrived within the timeframe given and was polite and competent. All done within 30mins. Very happy customer.

Fantastic experience

Very unpleasant experience with them…
Very unpleasant experience with them where I sent my wife for a windscreen replacement and she didn't feel welcomed at all.
At the day of the service I received notification on the link saying zero outstanding balance and after the installation by 1 week they called to ask for a payment of 110£, where I just replaced my other car with same windscreen just for 60£ fees.

The best out of an unfortunate situation
The technician arrived with a broken windscreen, meaning that the car was not driveable for another day & was messing up with my plans. But, the technician was well mannered, helpful and tried to make the best out of an unfortunate situation. Customer service was good.

Damaged my car arches
Not great , my car paint had been damaged on two side of arches with glue , which had removed my lacker on the surface . Plus my Radio / GPS which sticked to glass had been 1 damaged off 4 . I been told the manager will contact me to rectify the paints issue . So far no one contacted . I will be raising this with insurance company .
