Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. I made an appointment with them through my insurers to replace a cracked windscreen, but when they arrived at my house they advised that it could be repaired instead of replaced and I would be refunded the difference. I agreed with this option and they went ahead and repaired the screen. I have now received an invoice for the full amount, the accounts team at Allscreens Nationwide are insisting it was replaced when it was not. I am not at all happy with how this has been handled - please be careful about using this company and any similar 'advice' that you receive from the replacement screen team.
