After getting through
After getting through, the staff was polite and helpful. Let me know when the work will be carried out, but couldn't confirm a time. But you could track the technician and he will call you to let you know when on the way. Was true to his word. Did the work, satisfy and done.

Worcester Branch.
I had to have a new windscreen. First I was told it would be an AM call, but could not be guaranteed. It wasn’t.
During the replacement, the engineers cut through the wire for my Dash Cam. They said they would report the incident to their branch manager. He would then contact me later that day.
Well, after waiting, and no response. I eventually got through to head office. They said they would raise the problem with the Worcester branch manager.
Again no response, I contacted head office again later in the day to ask what was happening. Again they said they would contact Worcester branch manager. Still no response.
I contacted head office again, they this time put me on hold while they tried to contact the elusive Worcester branch manager. Apparently he has sent my case to Customer Support. Would it not have been polite, to just ring me and inform me of progress.
Needless to say, not very impressed with National Windscreen.

National Windscreens were able to expedite my windscreen replacement quicker than anyone else. The service provided was first class as was the communication throughout the process.
I will always recommend National Windscreens from now on.
