Initial contact was very difficult to…
Initial contact was very difficult to establish, phone calls unanswered for a long time. Then the apt. was not kept and again communication was so hard to establish, after nearly 3 hours another apt was made, and thereafter the service from the fitter was excellent. He also phoned me to tell when to expect him.

Incorrect windscreen fitted
Incorrect windscreen fitted. Windscreen is for a previous model and now requires refitting. I’ve had no correspondence since my windscreen was fitted. Fitters advised me that a new screen would be ordered and replaced in two weeks.

2nd windscreen replaced
2nd windscreen replaced , still have an issue with marks on wind screen, still no responce as to when the wind screen will be replaced.just been fobbed off with excuses and blaming me for marks saying its the windscreen wipers, which are brand new, have not use the wipers at all. Very unhappy customer .

I have no complaints about the new…
I have no complaints about the new windscreen or the manner in which it was fitted. The fitting was carried out professionally and reasonably quickly. Staff were polite and helpful. Would have awarded 5 Stars but, having arranged to have the windscreen replaced at my home, owing to bad weather I had to take my car to the National Windscreen workshop at short notice.
