My experience with the Nanny Lane app has been extraordinary. I found a home with kind and lovely people, with whom it is a true pleasure to work as the nanny for their little baby.

It is ok. Recommend a private background check.
There is too little information about the nanny. Their profiles are so vague and it almost looks like they are hiding behind their profile. Needs to feel more like a real person to feel secure. I asked someone for a working interview, and she did come and was pleasant. I used nannylane for background check, little did I know, after paying $45, all I know is she passed. I don't get the report, no nanny information, no nothing! I asked the nanny for it and she got all weird. How do I know who's information she put in? She said nannylane sent an email saying she passed. Can nannylane guarantee it is her information? A waste of money. I didn't want to press the nanny to sour the relationship. Only thing nice about nannylane is it is mostly free.

New Family …
When I had a problem I contacted Nanny Lane and within 5 days the matter was cleared up, and I got a follow up email asking if there were anything else I needed! When I found my family, Nanny Lane hide my profile I appreciate these justers.

Easy and effective nanny finding site
The platform is easy to navigate and thoughtfully designed. Creating an account was quick and easy with helpful prompts. I like that I didn't have to pay for an upgraded version to have a good experience and find a nanny. It was easy to get in touch with candidates and arrange interviews. I like that I can hide or show my profile depending on my needs. The best nanny finding site I've used so far.
