Good Communication, I received more messages and info on this site compared to others. The price per month is way up there though, so I couldn't sign up for premium, reason I gave 4 stars!

I really enjoyed using Nannylane.com I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but the service was free, I messaged a few people and several people messaged me. I ended up going with a nanny from someone who reached out to me. I was nervous because summer is quickly approaching and we didn’t have a nanny lined up. Within a week we secured a nanny for our two kids!

I want to ask nanny Lane since you guys had a software update in the month of March 2025 as a nanny. My account doesn’t show that it’s active. How do I know if my account is active when I used to go into the settings and look at my profile I could see I was active now, active an hour ago so forth and so on now it doesn’t say anything. How do I know if the jobs I’m applying for people could actually see my messages that is my main concern could somebody from Nanny Lane please respond to this question ASAP

i paid $45 for a background check and never received the email with the results!

I just signed up today. I have a few other sites I use. But there's no dates on any of the jobs so who knows if it's new or old. And I had a very strange interaction with someone then blocked them from my phone. So hoping the other jobs I applied for are ok.

It is the only website that is really free to find a nanny/ babysitter. There are a lot of good candidates. The website is easy to use and has all the necessary features. There are optional paid services, for example they can help you with the contract. Highly recommended.
