I loved getting an email from you each day with listings. I loved that families saw me there and reached out to me, even if I hadn’t seen them yet. The messaging between me and families was simple and worked well. Thanks so much for helping me match up with my new family!

What I especially like about Nanny Lane is how they protect those looking for Nannys and also protect the Nanny looking for suitable positions. That feature has not been apparent to me with other organizations/groups looking to find matches between nannies and families.

The other impressive feature of Nanny Lane is the sheer number of potential jobs & nannies.

We found a summer nanny on nanny lane and we are very happy with our experience. We interviewed a couple candidates and found one that fit with our family great!

I was amazed at how user friendly the website was. Amazing candidates. I will tell everyone I know about how wonderful Nannylane is.

Stay away from this place. The company is completely skewed towards the employer of the nanny and there is literally no information or support for the nanny at all. The telephone numbers listed for customer service are non-existent. I worked as a nanny for two weeks - for 110 hours - and the "client" listed on nanny lane website decided that they didn't want to pay me for my services. I am out over $3,100 and feel betrayed by both the family who hired me AND nanny lane. They are a SCAM. Don't engage with this group.

Overall it was great, but pricing model unclear. On the family end we're asked a "budget" which comes off as max $ affordable. But when a nanny views our profile it skips the word "budget", making it seem like that's automatically the pay. If my absolute max budget was $20 and a nanny lists herself at $16, I want to pay the $16 to save money or at least less than $20. I had multiple interviews with that confusion.

It was a great tool to find a job… the app helps you to see the different qualities and duties the families are looking for and you know what to expect… the chat works perfectly and you are able to communicate with the families and ask questions and viceversa until you find the right one for you.

I found an amazing nanny on Nanny Lane. It is easy to use & great for connecting you with individuals to find care for your children. I am about to dive into their service with helping setup payroll.

Nanny lane is easy to navigate and to converse with the families looking for a nanny .

I really enjoyed nanny lane and like that there’s a free and paid for option. Messaging was easy and we found a great nanny. My only complaint is that when filtering to find a nanny you cannot filter by availability so I spent a lot of time clicking on every single profile and checking each Nannie’s availability. Also the algorithm always shows the search results in the same order so you continuously have to keep scrolling down
