Never got any results and couldn’t open anything on my trains but they keep tracing to get money out of my bank account. I train to cancel it but it wouldn’t let me do anything. Had to cancel my card for good .

What an egregious company
What an egregious, nefarious company! I have absolutely no idea how I got signed up for this scam! I have no recollection of signing up for this company! I looked it up, and apparently, it's some type of company that analyzes your personality type. I tried calling them and one phone number said "out of order" while the other phone number just says, "email us at this email ...:
And when I tried it, it said "incorrect email."
When I tried emailing them at amother email it also said "incorrect email." Finally, after voluminous research, I was able to reach them at another email that was finally correct. I got a response saying I signed up, but didn't cancel after seven days! If this company is legit, then why so many different emails? And why have a phone number if they can't be reached? I finally got a response saying I did indeed sign up for this ludicrous company and that is why I was charged 39.95 cents. I called the bank to dispute the charges. I would say, "Stay away from this company," but since I have no recollection of ever signing up for them, well what can I say?

I only give this one star because it won't work if you give zero. Once again this dreadful company CONTINUE to take money from my account - 5 times since my last review. The cancellation process is not straightforward (no surprises there) - a deliberate ploy to scam customers. I'd love to know the legal loopholes this group of crooks are getting through!
