Frequent outages & unreasonably difficult complaints process

We’ve been with MyRepublic for 4 years and the last 12 months we’ve had a significant amount of outages lasting between a few hours and a few days, most recently between Saturday night and Monday night, the last 2 months our internet is down fortnightly. There’s no email address to notify them of outage, you have to go through the chat bot which is unreasonable when you work full time so don’t have the time to sit and wait for a chat not to respond. Every time we make a complaint they try to send an NBN technician (sometimes with less than 24 hours notice, again unreasonable) even though it can be proved that the issue is with the ISP not NBN. We don’t bother making complaints anymore as we’ll change providers when we move house in a couple of months, it’s beyond time consuming

Bad service

Bad service, most of the support online are useless and have no idea, takes ages for a reply after you ask a question, Gamer Pro support is even a bigger Joke.

I was switched over in two hours. I have a HFC connection and I’m getting 800 down with 48 up. This service has far exceeded my expectations. Very happy.

Very helpful

Very helpful, got onto the relocation process quickly. I had some issues with NBN and they had someone out here fixing it the next day.
However it does seem a little slow of late and dropping out. Having to use more phone data then usual.

Great Techical Service

Your technician was successful in connecting my VOIP service through remote access as it was not possible through the TP-Link modem software. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and task oriented, displaying a strong work ethic as well as patience and courtesy. A fine effort by a talented technician.
