Excellent and friendly staff
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very understanding to waive my late fees. My credit card data is stolen, I cannot update my direct debit details to the system and when I log into the system I could not receive the OTP. The staff help me throughout the process. Thanks you very much.

I have not given 5 Stars and 10 points for 'My Republic'! the above is for one particular person who works for My Republic in the Philippines, his name is Benjamin and department is Resolutions Team, if it wasn't for his customer service, mannerism, empathy, patience and honest type of guy. He is the only reason I am still with your Company. I want only him to address any further queries I have. I will not work with any other, if this is not excepted I will discontinue my services and make sure the above stars and points come down. I will also continue my complaint and sue My Republic for Financial Loss. I have never experienced such lacking and or no customer service from a Company in 40 years of dealing with Providers. Exception for the last statement for Benjamin.

When Telstra ballsed it all up, 10 days in, multiple phone calls and emails one phone call to my republic had me set up and running on 12 hours. Great support, we are a month in, good speeds, easy payment and app to use. Thanks!

The online support chat was a short wait to be connected with a real person. Attentive and patient. Went above and beyond, exceeding all my expectations. Not only answered all my questions regarding different connection types with our upcoming move. But, also submitted our move application for me. Took care of everything.
