Can’t use $25 MasterCard gift card I activated with this website anywhere. It declines no matter what site I use it on, even when trying to purchase something way below the card balance.
Also tried calling but unable to reach their support.

Horrible, downright horrible. I've had one giftcard through this before and it was such a pain. Then I see I'm provided another giftcard through this trash and I'm already hitting a huge wall of annoying BS. WHY IS THIS CARD DECLINING??!!? I hate this sh*t.

After using myprepaidcenter.com for years; I have a problem.
They blocked my newly received virtual card.
After repeated attempts to use my newest card; all of which failed. I called customer service. Customer service told me my card was blocked and needed to be replaced. Diego told me to stop cursing which I had not. He then made a comment about not being as stupid as me. After asking for a supervisor, he claimed there were none. He then hung up.
I have to wait for a replacement card for a card that shouldn't have been blocked in the first place, from people who block cards for no reason. Who don't return calls and may not even be doing anything. Who sent an email requesting photos of my ID, but don’t do anything to encourage trust(like calling back or talking to supervisors).
I have replied to the email but my hopes for a response are not high.
Myprepaidcenter.com responded to my review, however I still have not received the promised phone in call from a supervisor, nor an email.
In their response they say they want details. What specific details, I have no idea what they specifically want.

I tried to buy 3 different things from different companies and they all came back with we can’t use this card. The card doesn’t work and I really needed to buy underwear from Walmart because they are torn up. I just got disability but it’s going to be weeks before I get any money.

honestly what a huge let down. iv used a prepaid card before but honestly what was this?? it suddenly didn’t want to let me add my card to literally activate it and then i see a pop up saying “We apologize. We have identified an error on our side.
Please contact customer service” okay yeah great so i call up and even then they couldn’t help whatsoever?? there are several different customer service numbers for the US i genuinely thought i was getting scammed. one of the customer agents told me to wait on a email. i have yet to receive anything. it was so embarrassing when online i couldn’t buy anything. do better. please i’m begging add a email or something it’s been 24 hours since iv tried over and over again with my card.

They are holding funds on my card saying wrongfully that I wasn't the intended person for the funds. This is simply wrong. To prove that the card belongs to me I had to send them a copy of my ID, utility bill and the original email with the card info. They are still denying me my money. I have never seen such badly run prepaid card company. I wouldn't use them if didn't have to. Unfortunately it wasn't my choice to receive the funds through this company's network.

Absolute scam. Got a $100 gift card from my company but it declines everywhere I try to use it. Customer service is useless, they put you on hold for 20+ minutes or until you just give up.

These cards are a disaster - I received mine for giving up my seat on a flight. Of the 4 cards I used credits to purchase, one has never worked (was denied the first time I tried it), 1 only worked once, and the other 2 were fine. My efforts to resolve the issues with the 2 cards have resulted in nothing but endless waits in the phone loop and one email asking me to provide a bunch of information, after which they would respond in 48 hours. I jumped and provided everything - it's now been 7 days and nothing. This is such a frustrating scam with non-existent customer service.
Update: 12/23/25 - I've provided the requested information and look forward to a response from your company. If only this vendor were as diligent in resolving complaints before people were forced to go public...

Got a card from the company I work for as a Christmas gift. I've tried to use it at 2 different online retailers and every time it is declined. Spent time calling their UK in operations, completely useless AVR. No way to retrospectively go back and confirm the address details etc i had used when i registered the card in case I was in error. Now in a position where the card cannot be used. Useless

I was awarded $1000 by my company. I successfully registered the card and made 2 purchases. Since then I have not been able to use it either in store anywhere or anywhere online. There is no customer support, just an automated loop hwich eventually cuts you off.
An extremley poor experience and I would advise any organisation to consider alternatives and to stay away from these scammers.

I got a virtual Mastercard gift card from them. Turns out they do not allow you to use it anywhere except for a few places that no one orders from! Now I can't even get my money back from them and they will begin to charge me fees for not using the money in my account. Stay away from these scammers, I lost $350 to them.

I got a whopping 38.00 from the FB settlement for whatever stupid shit they're involved in once again. Redeemed my rewards card, but there's no way to get the card number. If you call customer service, there's no way to speak to a human. You can only get to canned responses. I tried every conceivable option to no avail

I got two of these damn virtual cards for the Google privacy class action payment. I have been trying to use the first card, which was supposed to have $7 on it, for over a year. It's only $7 but it was just sitting there, taunting me, and I couldn't let it go. It expires in January and I'm finally giving up.
I always get errors, no matter what I try to do.
Whenever I try to buy anything, it says the card is "unavailable".
I called the "customer service" line and entered my card number and it says the balance is 0. The only transaction was "10 cents on October 7" which I did not make. There is no option to speak to a human at all.
There is no way to get merchant information for this 10 cent transaction or find out why the rest of my balance is gone.
It's only $7 but it's the principle. I'm now angrier than I would be if Google had just violated my privacy and given me NOTHING, because I spent time doing this crap when I could have been doing something useful.
Stay away from this thing at all costs.

I received the virtual card from Motivosity, as it is listed as a supported merchant for using my accrued funds. I was successfully able to create the virtual prepaid card and can confirm the funds are visible on myprepaidcenter.com. However, my attempts to link or use the card for payment on platforms like PayPal, Google Wallet, my local e-commerce sites, and Amazon have all been declined. This is incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, I have reached out to support regarding this issue but have yet to receive any reply.

I have got 200$ cards from my company as a gift, but can't use them on any website. Just declined all the time, even if I use an accurate billing address assigned to each of cards.
What the point in virtual cards if I can't use it?
