Like everyone else in the comments. My daughter was given a $50 gift card. Of course it doesn’t work, you go onto their website and nothing works, you contact their customer service and they don’t respond. Absolute shambles.

I purchased a Google Play subscription. The free trial works, but when the following week arrives, the card doesn't work even though it's valid for 6 months. Some cards are now showing as having incorrect information. And what's worse, they don't even have an email address to contact support.

My cards were getting declined, so I called customer support, who asked for a bunch of info about me and the source of my cards. Days later, they said they wouldn't release the funds and stole my money.

Can’t use $50 MasterCard gift card I activated with this website anywhere. It declines no matter what site I use it on, even when trying to purchase something way below the card balance.

I had an issue with my virtual card and I need assistance from 'Myprepaid Center'. The problem is that there is no email address that I could get hold on and the call center doesn't really help. absolute trash, a product i purchased ended up being recalled and i was issued a prepaid card as compensation. activated it according to the instructions and attempted to use it, payment was declined, i called customer service and they stated my card was blocked for “security risk”, ive been on and off customer service and every time they tell me im going to be sent an email with a new card, never received an email and still dont have a replacement.

I have $400 on my prepaid center Mastercard issued as a reward through my employer. It used to work at approved merchants without issue, but now I am getting declined at every merchant. I have confirmed my balance and the purchases I’m trying to make are well-below my balance. There is no way to contact for help except via phone. I’ve held for over an hour trying to reach someone and never get an agent. This is infuriating and clearly this company is a complete scam!!!
UPDATE- got an agent after holding for 70 minutes. He assured it would be fixed in 24 hours. I waited and tried again - DECLINED. Called the help number again, stayed on hold for 60 minutes, and it disconnected me. This company should be investigated and legal action should be taken.

I have at least 4 cards that suddenly have no funds on them. The company says they just expired! Id like to know more about the review stating it is illegal for them to keep any funds from a prepaid account.

Everything has been resolved and the card is now working. However, I find it quite difficult in practice to find places where the card is accepted or where I can actually spend the balance, which can be frustrating at times.
On the positive side, I found the customer service to be very helpful and friendly. They assisted me well when I reached out.

Total Scam. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company. I got a prepaid card as part of a small settlement, completed all their steps and followed all their directions, but it is declined everywhere. So since I claimed it and can’t cash or spend it, their $1 per month “inactivity fee” eats away at the balance. 100% Intentional fraud.

Stay away. I lost the envelope with this card in it and opened it 2 days ago. Unfortunately it expired 11 days ago. They say I activated my card in June even tho I just opened the envelope it was in. They said all 244$ was expired. After explaining the situation to them they told me they would only give %50 of the money. Total scams. Upon further research its illegal for a company to take your prepaid funds regardless if the card expired and regardless of their terms and condition. You can file a cfpb complaint. After mentioning that I was awarded 100%

I don’t know how my experiences with this company can get worse, but it did: I had another few cards of mines from Marriott get blocked after making normal purchases at restaurants. I’ve been in touch with the reps over email since Christmas and they JUST sent out my replacement today. Was already pretty pissed off at that point, but then things got worse when I checked my email to see a “issue resolved” email ending with the words “Tools used: kys”
Was in shock that the rep even had the audacity to write that. Genuinely disappointed.

My card was used for a purchase on Amazon. It was initially accepted then rejected 3 days after the expiration date of the card. Needless to say the card is now useless and customer service cannot do anything about it.

It took longer then normal to set up digital card to my wallet because of errors in website etc... then finally did that. Its a $50 visa gift card... everything online didnt let me use but one place. I bkught dinner for the family for $35 and some change i habe $13.25 left but it declines everywhereeeee (and yes its less then the $13.25 that I am trying to use it on so no reason to decline.) Been on hold with customer service for 30 min when it said my hold time was 12 minutes.... twice it said 5 minutes and then went back up to 8 minutes ...then it rang like it was going to a representative eventually and then bam back on hold!!!!! Now its been saying my wait time is 1 minute for 5 minutes now 🫠 beyond frustrating....
