Pude usar la tarjeta sin problema en Noviembre y ahora no me deja hacer ninguna compra más, me sale que la transacción falla (la tarjeta expira en mayo y todavía tengo dinero disponible). Intenté comunicarme con el teléfono de atención designado para Argentina y, al llamar, me indica que el número no existe.
Necesito ayuda porque no quiero que se me expire la tarjeta y perder todo el dinero que tengo allí.

Desde TrustPilot me mandaron un mensaje para tener más información. Ya la he respondido así que estoy esperando una solución.

Went through the blood connection, and got a $100 gift card. Card was activated correctly. Went to use the e card on my steam for the right amount, and it got declined. Tried a less amount, declined. Tried an even less amount, and same thing. Even tried using the funds on a different online store, declined. I can't even view my card number on the website to even copy and paste it if I need to. Got money and can't even use it!

I received a 20.77 digital prepaid Mastercard about six months ago, and I have tried repeatedly to use it. I have run in circles, on the phone, on their website, getting declined by merchants. I have decided that it is impossible to use this card. It is also impossible to reach a human rep. This organization is crooked. If they manage to stall you long enough, the card expires and they keep your money. These actions by any other name are FRAUD and THEFT.

I have a virtual prepaid MasterCard balance stuck. I can't add the card to google pay, samsung pay or Apple pay in any way, it keeps showing an error. I can't even use my card anywhere. I have spent a lot of time trying to solve this problem but I can't solve it in any way. A completely bad card service company.

Have attempted to use the prepaid card, and each time, it's been denied. Attempted to access the site to troubleshoot, and each time, I get bounced back. What good is my settlement money if I can't access it.

My daughter received 2 cards for graduation and didn't realize they expire. So upon calling the company to see if I could get her a new card they told me that there was a $0 balance since they charge monthy for non use. It's terrible and I will tell everyone not to purchase gilft cards ever again.

I am not surprised to see so many 1-star reviews, and I would probably do the same. I received a $50 gift card for completing a survey and redeemed it for a Visa prepaid card on this website. However, when I tried to use it on several websites, all transactions were denied.
I submitted a support ticket to request a card replacement. Based on the reviews here, it may take weeks, and there is no guarantee that the new card will work either. This has been a waste of time. At this point, I’m considering just forgetting about the $50 gift card altogether. What a shame.

Card is declined everywhere. I received a prepaid card from a Facebook class action, but I can't actually use it because it just gets declined or spits out an error everywhere I try to use it. I previously linked it to my PayPal months ago, but after using it didn't work, I unlinked it and tried to link it again, only for it to decline. I also don't know how to contact the company, as their "contact us" page only has a link to the login pages and a phone number for lost/stolen cards. I haven't had these issues with other prepaid cards from other vendors before. Not sure what to do with it at this point.

Absolutely horrible, it’s so difficult to get and even more difficult to understand how to add to a different wallet that’s not even Apple.. All off a sudden when I did finally get funds my virtual card locks for no reason and now I can’t reach anyone.. this is a waste of time and is unacceptable and unprofessional.. if I read these before I would of never did this option.. if I can give zero stars I would.. PS they have a automated system to try and help you with adding card and it’s absolutely useless.. stay far away

I'm trying to login since a week already and the website is simply not working. Resetting the password doesn't work either. The worst thing is that they don't have a contact email. I'm not willing to spend money on a phone call. Really frustrating

I redeemed a Visa Prepaid Card on Feb 27, 2026, only to find a fraudulent $250 transaction posted just three days later. Since then, my experience with MyPrepaidCenter’s support has been a nightmare. I have tried calling multiple times to resolve this, but I am consistently met with disconnected calls or no answer from the dispute department.
I have now sent a formal dispute email with the completed Cardholder Dispute Form (on March 3) have to see if I actually get a response from this channel, but the lack of immediate phone support for a fraud case of this size is unacceptable. Be very cautious with these cards—they appear to be vulnerable to fraud and the "support" system is designed to be unreachable.

i received a card 30$ i tried using it on a ton of sites non of them working they just give you a dead card don't bother purchasing if my issue is to be resolved I'll take down the review but for now nothing back FROM them after multiple "ESCALATIONS"

I received a prepaid Mastercard as a gift and activated it through MyPrepaidCenter.com. Shortly after activation, I added the card to my Samsung Wallet and attempted to make a legitimate purchase while traveling. The card was immediately blocked for "security reasons."
I called customer service at 1-888-371-2109 and waited over 10 minutes with no answer. I have $226.19 remaining on my card that I cannot access. The cardholder name is Yanyi Chen, and my registered email is baitaoliang@gmail. Card ending in 2712.
I am requesting that my card be unblocked immediately, or that my remaining balance be transferred to a replacement card or refunded by check. Please contact me via email as I am currently overseas and unable to keep calling.

Quise comprar en Shein y sigo obteniendo Pago Incorrecto y tarjeta invalida al querer pagar con dolares. Las habia usado anteriormente y no tuve problemas pero esta vez fue toda una tortura. Solo pude pagar en moneda local y encima me cobraron más caro.

Les escribo nuevamente porque, al igual que otros usuarios, mi tarjeta sigue sin funcionar en ningún comercio ni plataforma. Cada vez que intento pagar recibo mensajes de error indicando que los datos son incorrectos o que la transacción no puede ser procesada.
Solo pude usarla una vez y fue con moneda local ($ ARS), lo cual me generó cargos mucho más altos por fees, cuando debería haber podido pagar en dólares sin problema.
Necesito pagar hoy sí o sí, y esto es muy urgente para mí. Por favor, revisen mi caso y denme una solución inmediata, ya sea habilitando la tarjeta correctamente o indicándome qué hacer para que funcione como corresponde.
Quedo a la espera de una respuesta rápida.

Sigo sin tener respuesta. Traté de usarla en otros sitios como Steam, Xbox Tienda, Temu y mismo resultado. Incluso no pude agregarla a mi billetera virtual. Tengo una tarjea con bastante dinero y no la puedo utilizar. Disgusetante.
