Great service from start to finish. Oscar helped with any questions that we had and then he was able to get us booked in with a mortgage advisor the same day. Then our advisor Harry was super helpful all the way through. Highly recommend

AVOID! They aren’t a registered company on companies house look at the real reviews of GOLDEN TRIANGLE FINANCIAL SERVICES they are simply trading in another name so they can try and shake their bad reviews!
They also do this so they don’t have to fulfil any of their lifetime services that you’ve paid for when they disappear inevitably in the future!!

Took £2000 of my money, suddenly they’re hard to contact. Didn’t even get an offer, only a AIP which I also paid £99 for separately. I lost the property I was buying due to their slowness and they refuse to refund my money even though it states on their own website full refund if application doesn’t complete. Had to seek legal action now in hopes to receive my money back!! Scammers who treat their customers terribly.

I have received nothing for the £2000 I paid for, nothing. The customer service advisor (who simply argued, stonewalled and then hung up) even informed me that my involvement with them hadn’t cost them a penny, but still they remain to keep the money.

Wish I’d of read the bad reviews of GOLDEN FINANCIAL SERVICES!!! lost my dream house and £2000. Horrible company.

EDIT IN RESPONSE - you are liars and this will be taken all the way. I stated the application needed to be completed as a matter of urgency. I do not think that leaving days in between with no contact and me chasing over WhatsApp to be palmed off is being treated as a matter of urgency.

My application could not complete because you could not produce an offer in time nor be proactive with your communication and the seller pulled out due to this. You requested for extra documents after days of no contact and after the Seller had pulled out leaving no house to purchase any more!

Also I note you replied to the trust pilot before replying to my email, which is your company all over: cares about how they look but doesn’t actually care about the customer.

11623784 - is the ‘company’ number found on their website, check it on companies house, it doesn’t match up. My mortgage finder isn’t even a registered business! Speaks thousands.

I repeat, stay away from these cowboys!

Ben and Olivia worked hard to get from AIP to formal offer.
We have been turned down several times in the past, and I really did not know why.

We were looking for a re-mortgage as our current mortgage had reached its maturity date. We were lucky to find, Jack, Michala and Andrew from My Mortgage Finder. They took a lot of the stress away from our situation and they found us a very favourable mortgage. Jack, Andrew and Michala, were always totally professional, upfront, helpful and trustworthy. We really appreciate that they always answered their phones and promptly replied to our emails.

Absolutely amazing, First was Connor, then Brandon and then the lovely Isabelle, from start to finish was really good, updating me on every step, got a lender and followed up really well, and everything went as planned, after wasting so much time with my previous mortgage adviser, meeting Connor, Brandon and Isabelle made everything really easy for me ,I’m so happy I used my mortgage finder

Through no fault of their own, I was unfortunately unable to follow through a shared ownership purchase. And although I am still in my current situation, I felt it necessary to express my gratitude towards the team I have delt with. Harry Boyer was my first point of contact who did a fabulous job explaining everything and completed what he set out to do and find me a mortgage. And a special mention to Samantha Barlow in customer care who went out of her way to fix my problem and arranged a full refund in extenuating circumstances.

I used My Mortgage Finder as I was a bit of an unusual case as I was looking for a concessionary/gifted deposit mortgage, and the standard brokers couldn't get me the mortgage I was looking for. Greg was able to find me the mortgage almost instantly! Everything moved smoothly, and I was was kept upto date regularly throughout the process by either Greg himself or Ellie. Both went above and beyond to make sure I was kept in the loop.

From start to finish I felt like I was in the best hands, even Mike and Jas (who I was recommended to used for my insurances) were both absolutely amazing!

I would highly recommend My Mortgage Finder, and even if you don't get Greg and Ellie, if the other guys and girls who work there are even half as good, then you'll have no problems if you choose to use them as your broker.

Absolutely no doubt in giving 5 stars! 🌟 😊 as a self employed person I have been trying without much luck to get a single person mortgage for over a year, due to going as far back as 2023 for tax years proof of income for lender, a time when my son was small and covid was still around. Every other mortgage advisor I spoke to just dismissed me instantly not interested in any of my personal circumstances like the fact I had doubled my work loan in last 6 months and that I cared for my mum who was downstairs from me etc. my mortgage finder was a breath of fresh air so straightforward and more than anything the communication was second to none! By the end of the first day contacting them I had a mortgage in principle and they have been with me every step of the way till I received my final offer in writing yesterday! 😊
