I can't recommend this mortgage broker highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been outstanding. Ashley and Beckie have both been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. They were always friendly, professional, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions i had, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and hassle free.

All the team at WTBSN have been great throughout the mortgage application process. Thankyou to Rachel, Samuel b, faith and Sam Jolley.

Try to place you with multiple lenders knowing that a decline will happen so that they can extort admin fees from you.

Really recommend When The Bank Says No. I am 20 years old and have had to jump through a lot of hoops to get my mortgage offer. Lucy Parker and Beckie Pepperrell handled my case, both of them have been extremely helpful through every step. Any questions I have had have been quickly answered in a clear and easy to understand manner. My mortgage offer came through on a friday and Beckie stayed late to get it to me so I didn’t have to wait over the weekend. Great service.

I had a very complex re-mortgage and Sam Burgess was an absolute legend as she kept me calm during a very stressful time when I had to ask for an increase in my offer from the provider. She passed me back to the wonderful Ashley who dealt with the issue immediately as Sam had promised. Sam kept me in the loop when information was required from the solicitor. Great service from Daniel and Rachel alwayes help us with the process with our morgadge application highly recommended them

From start to finish, getting our DIP, to obtaining our mortgage offer all the way to completion, WTBSN really looked after us. We had Samantha Burgess as our case/file handler and she was amazing, the updates, the keeping in touch, the correspondence between her, our lender and our solicitors was extremely thorough. It gave us a sense of calmness in what can be an extremely stressful process that we had someone that took that level of care with our application and securing us our mortgage. She was regularly in contact, even after completion today she stayed late and was awaiting confirmation of our completion, ready to call and congratulate us. A lovely touch!

We was recommended Kidwells Solicitors, Bristol by WTBSN. Again, highly recommend. Simon Hutcheson was brilliant, he picked up our case and in around 10 days managed to submit all required documents with our lender, exchange contracts and complete. Very experienced, very responsive, to the point he gave us his personal contact details for out of hours/weekends to ensure we secured our mortgage in the quickest possible time. Unbelievable level of care and attention to our case.

We couldn’t be happier on both fronts, highly recommend, would 100% return.

At 1st I had someone who wasn't getting verry far but I recieved a messege later saying he no longer worked there and SAMANTHA was taking over. Withing in the 1st couple of hours things were moving forward we were making progress and she kept in touch right through out and chased things up all the time and managed to get everything sorted so carnt thank SAMANTHA enough for her work and help through out great service and communication through out thanks would recommend 😀
