Very good customer service, Michala and Kerry have been very helpful and had had great communication throughout the process of trying to seal a new mortgage deal.

From the first moment I spoke with George at my mortgage finder i knew that we had chosen the correct company, after trying to use another company. George did not judge any of the situation and spoke to us like human beings and made us feel like he wanted to get the best for us already, within 24 hours we had a mortgage in principle just before we went to look at the home that we put an offer in and had accepted, although it was December and Christmas came this did not stop, then speaking to Faye who helped me get all the documents over to her helping me with different things that I needed and always being informative then lovely Katy who helped me so much and explained everything I needed guided me through all things that I knew nothing about as being first time buyers and had all my insurances sorted for me. After that Olivia the person who kept me going for the last couple of weeks with the underwriters and waiting to hear, nothing was ever too much for her and always answered me back within an hour and always keeping me updated I couldn't of asked for someone better through this process, Today we had our mortgage offer accepted something that I thought would never ever happen, Olivia called and gave us the good news, Marcus called us just to congratulate us, confirm everything and our insurances this company honestly are worth more than a 5 star. If anyone is struggling to get a montage with not the greatest credit or issues that don't fit your usual bill this is the company you need to use. At 54 years of age and stupidly having an interest only mortgage i had to try and find a new mortgage deal as my current one was coming to an end and thinking I've got no chance of getting one because of my age and bad credit background I spoke with MY MORTGAGE FINDER, and low and behold this absolute gem of a company found us a new mortgage, the people who dealt with my new mortgage were absolutely fantastic, quick response from everyone involved, we can't thank you enough for getting us a mortgage for our new house , so jack Biscombe, Kelvin Cook and Michala Rothery we thank you so much , we highly recommend my mortgage finder to anyone who is looking for a new mortgage , 10 / 10

Brooke and Ellie have been amazing. Brooke went into great detail with us for the mortgage application and made sure we understood everything. When the mortgage application was with the mortgage company Ellie was very open to contacting them to get updates for us. Nothing seemed to much. I would definitely recommend this company.

Having spoke with another company who gave me a mortgage in principle, I happily put an offer in on a house only to be told that the previous mortgage advisor had never actually done anything. George, Katy and Laila answered all my questions and were able to get me a an actual mortgage in place quickly efficiently and kept me up to date at all points. No question was too small and they really seemed to care that I got the product I needed to take the next step in my journey.
