Was given my mortgage finder information from my existing mortgage company as my deal was running out . Husband normally deals with this but unable to now.
Was given all information I needed with no pressure to go with this particular company.
Jack and Kelvin were very patient with my lack of knowledge with technology 🥴.
Helped me with everything I had to send and were always pleasant and polite with me . I now know that when my deal runs out I just need to call and all will be sorted . Thanks for making this an easy experience.

Great service from start to finish, professional, friendly, talked you through the process step by step, call times booked in and kept to, the end result I got my mortgage in 3 days. At a pivotal time in my life and being anxious about starting again and understanding the terminology and what to do next the team gave

I have worked with Jack Biscombe for just over a year now at first it would seem almost impossible to get a remortgage on my own due to various reasons after initially saying no now 16 months later I now have a remortgage in my name only ,Jack also helped me learn how to budget and go through my credit file with a fine tooth comb over this period what a learning curve ! Then I was passed over to the team Michala , Kelvin and Kerry going through small but important details like insurance and solicitors. Finally thank you all so much I must have annoyed you at times but finally can love MY home again x such a great company lovely people and great values for💞

We are first time buyers and the process is daunting. Hayley Upton was absolutely fantastic in talking us through the process of getting an AIP. Our first one expired and she acted quickly to get us a new one to continue our search. Once we found our property she helped us with our offer and managing this with the estate agents. Martin Briggs then talked us through the financial, providing proof of funds, bank statements and affordability. He worked so hard to ensure the mortgage company had everything they needed. Rebecca Mason amazing Administrator. Quick to send us emails and to keep us updated as to what was needed to avoid the delayed process. Our mortgage was agreed today.
